Staying at Quinn's condo was a wonderful experience! The stunning beach view matched the description perfectly, and we loved watching the sunrise from the balcony—it was such a serene start to our day. The condo, located on the 5th floor, is easily accessible thanks to a conveniently located elevator just steps away. While it's about a 30-minute drive to Destin's main attractions and beaches, the peaceful setting was well worth it. Quinn was an excellent host—friendly, proactive, and always helpful. We’d absolutely consider staying here again!

Olivia was incredibly nice and responsive when I needed help. She fixed any issues I had within a blink of an eye. The neighbor Rebecca was very sweet and even gave me some insight to local events. Would LOVE to stay here again if Olivia would have me and my friends again. Wonderful place to stay and beautiful sights from the backyard EVEN SAW A DOLPHIN!!!

This stay was a fantastic little quiet stay at the marina with a wonderful restaurant on property and even a barber shop and marina/ship store! If you can deal with the 24 steps (I wasn’t sure how I’d do) it’s an absolutely fantastic option for nautically minded folks and boaters!

Awesome unit across the street from the beach, in walking distance to Florabama and waffle house. It's a nice spacious unit that is well kept, probably one of the bigger Airbnbs I've stayed in personally. If you're going for the beaches do note that some of the beaches are privately owned and that public beach accesses can sometimes be over a mile apart. We were able to go through the beach access a mile up the road, next to the Crab Trap Restaurant. All in all, the unit is a great place to stay and very close to many things to do.

This condo was perfect for a girls weekend trip. Clean, quiet, convenient parking and is close to everything in OBA.

Great place to host 6 Directors for a strategic planning retreat. Can’t control the weather or we would have met outside the entire time on the amazing patio overlooking the bay. We spent as much time in this great space as we could. Rules were simple and straightforward. Amazing kitchen. Came highly recommended and we feel same way after our stay.

My adult daughters, granddaughters and mother all stayed comfortably. The weather was a bit cooler than we had hoped. However Shirley had the pool and hot tub nice and warm. Everyone enjoyed time outdoors and just hanging out making memories. Johnson’s beach is super close. We spent a few days there as well. We had everything we needed for our trip to the beach. Coolers, beach chairs, towels and buckets and shovels to build sand castles. The house is so beautiful and well stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. Shirley went above and beyond and had some of our favorite drinks, snacks and even a supper meal ready for us when we arrived. If you’re looking for a place for a family gathering or a large group trip. This is the place to go.

We had a beautiful stay. Our mornings on the porch with coffee was wonderful. The living room was comfortable and calming. It was everything we needed and hoped for a quick getaway and reset! Thank you! We will be back.

It was a beautiful house and a great value. We had a great stay. Just be aware you need to drive to get to places which was perfectly fine with us.

Spacious and super clean, this house had spectacular views. We enjoyed the parade of boats, we saw dolphins and cormorants, and each sunset was better than the last. It was the perfect location for visiting family in Perdido Key, close to all conveniences and the laid back vibes and old oaks at Hub Stacy’s. The kitchen was lovely and there was plenty of room to sit around the table with a great view of the channel. Very, very responsive hosts as well! We enjoyed our stay!

Robert’s place was an amazing stay for us! The view is beautiful and the house is exactly how the pictures look! He answered all our questions and needs quickly! Definitely recommend this to anyone and will definitely be coming back!

Great place to stay when you are in the Pensacola area. Quiet, good views and central location, close to naval base as well as beaches, restaurants, other activities. Very clean and comfortable. This is our third stay and we may be back yet again.!

Tom's condo is compact but nicely done. We only used the kitchen to make coffee, but it had a full size refrigerator. It is ideal for two people, the pool and balcony were great, and everything worked. The bathroom had a great set of drawers and cabinets to store all our stuff. The location was ideal, right on the inter-coastal and convenient to a number of great beaches on the gulf. it is set back from a main road so it was surprisingly quiet, had a lot of parking space.

This apartment was as described in the bio plus more positive details. Easy parking . Inviting colors . Beautiful views. Clean. Well stocked . Owners have great hospitality skills. The hard floors made it easy for rolling bags n cooler. The step in shower was a blessing . Nice chairs on the balcony to relax outside. There was no loud noise from anyone in or around our unit or the building. Safe and nice people were around us . We were very pleased and will stay again next time we visit family in Pensacola .

Absolutely perfect for peace and relaxation. Had everything we needed and more for our weekend stay. Clean and absolutely perfect. If we ever go to Destin/Fort Walton Beach again we will definitely check for availability here.

Michelle’s place is lovely! Pretty view of the bay and very close to the beach. We were given earlier check in which was so kind of the host. We would love to return someday!

A great place for a quick getaway! Everything was so clean and beautifully decorated . Even though it rained we were still able take the short walk to the beach and enjoy the pool and hot tub . Even in November the water was very comfortable . Diane was a great host!

This home was a lovely two bedroom, one full bath, with the perfect individual attention to detail. The space was kept up nicely with several household items already in stock for guest use, and in condo wifi. The host Alina and Matt were fantastic. Great communication was given the days prior to our travel and stay day of. Care was taken when giving us advice and tips when coming for our trip. I couldn't have been happier with the overall experience I had. From the gorgeous views, stocked household, to the lovely hosts themselves: Overall a wonderful trip and I'd reccomend this listing to anyone coming!
