Neil was an excellent host. This was a last-minute booking, and he was very responsive to our needs. The house was beautiful, just a short walk from the beach, with stunning views. I highly recommend this property, especially for large families, as it offers plenty of space. Overall, my family and I had a wonderful stay.

David and Karen were fantastic and very informative hosts. The property matched the photos perfectly, and the area was safe and peaceful. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the amenities. While the pool temperature wasn’t as warm as we would have preferred, we still had a great time using it. I would recommend adding plastic plates and bowls to the inventory, as my grandkids were with us, and I was concerned about them accidentally breaking the beautiful dishes. We truly enjoyed the property and the area and look forward to visiting Port St. Joe…10 out of 10 we will do this again.

Great place for a family gathering! Loved all the fun amenities, spaces well thought out and very pleasant and relaxing! The golf cart made it easy to shuttle all the family members to the beach, and pull the wagon loaded with beach chairs and umbrellas, all provided by thoughtful hosts! What a blessing!! Tim and Katie were very attentive, patiently waiting for responses or potential needs. (I didn’t realize until the end of our stay that my notifications were turned off! 😜). And the beach! If you’re looking for a quiet beach, without all the hustle bustle, this is it! Loved it!!

We loved this house. It had everything we could hope for- and a pool too! The house is set back from the beach the perfect distance, and it was so comfortable for our family. I know I’ll be coming back with more family next time. The kitchen had everything you could hope for, there were lots of pool/beach toys and chairs, and there were tons of board games available for our party. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was incredible in the shower.

This was a great place to stay for our honeymoon! Just wish the weather was a little better that way we could use the giant hot tub and golf carts. We will definitely be booking again!!!!

A great house on a perfect beach. Quiet and beautiful location. The owners did a good job and didn't over sell anything. House was great and enjoyed the stay. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there or with CoastalVacay again.

We absolutely loved our stay here, perfect for our family vacation with private beach and pool. Quick easy drive to Port St Joe as well. The kids loved the bunk rooms and it was incredibly convenient to have 4 kind bedrooms. We were very pleased with Marissa and her responsiveness to questions/concerns. The pool alarm can be a bit annoying but we understood the safety aspect of it. Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great time at Trudy May’s Bay. We had an unexpected visit by a bobcat while sitting near the dock. That was very special since we are outdoors people. We particularly liked waking up and watching the sunrise from bed! The shower was awesome! We will definitely consider returning in the future.

We went for a quick weekend trip for my husband’s birthday and it was great! We would’ve stayed a whole week there if we could have! Cozy, peaceful, clean, cold a/c, and a quick walk away from the beach even with little ones! It was just right! Easy check in! Let us checkout late for no fee (which was HUGE to us as we wanted every minute we could have here)! Would definitely recommend this home and would love to visit again! The community pool was not clean although it was “cleaned that morning”. However that is not the home owners fault and we preferred the beach anyways! Just wanted to clarify for any who HAVE to have a nice pool for your stay!

Port St. Joe is a nice laid back town and a world class beach that creates a great atmosphere to break the routine and destress. Nice gas stove to make tuna steaks and when you feel like swimming or walking the beach it’s just a 5min walk across the road!

The house was beautiful and had a fantastic location! The beds were very comfortable and our entire family loved our stay!

Derek was amazingly helpful and quick to respond with any questions, and his place beautiful and felt like home. Thanks again so much! We rode bikes, golf carts, and the scooter down to the beach and to get around the community. The local food and shops were great. We visited the community pool and we're able to purchase drinks poolside. Spent many hours there. We visited Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach which were both short drives, and Panama City was just an hour away. The house had board games, plenty of linens, all the dishes we could need, and was as described. Hope to return someday!

Julia was great and provided a beautiful home for us to stay in. Only regret was that we only had one night there. Definitely looking forward to coming again and staying longer.

The home was absolutely amazing and, while we didn't get to use them, the beach items were a fantastic perk to know about. It is in a brand new neighborhood that GPS had some issues with but it was not hard to find at all. Ashleigh was very responsive and allowed us to check in early.

This is a wonderful beach house, located just a two-minute walk from the beach. There is ample space for gathering both indoors and outdoors. The screened porch is large and provides plenty of seating. Due to the colder weather during our stay, we frequently utilized the fire pit, which also had adequate seating for everyone. The mother-in-law suite deserves special mention; it is ideal for a couple with a baby, providing them with privacy when needed. In our case, it served as a peaceful retreat for mom. Really for anyone in your party that may need or want a separate space. The suite includes a bedroom, bathroom, sitting area with a refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, and Keurig. I will definitely return, as it was a very relaxing experience. Jacqueline was very responsive when asked minor questions including the 2nd code to enter the MIL suite.

The owners of the home were unbelievable help in multiple area of our stay. I talked to them a few times that first and second day of the stay. The home was beautiful and we all loved the location and convince of it location. could not recommend it more for those looking for peace and quite.

The hosts were very responsive. Made great local recommendations. We entered a clean well maintained property with stocked kitchen. Big backyard where our dogs had fun. The guest house was an added advantage. We would love to stay again. The place is quiet about a 7 mins walk to beach.

We loved our stay! The home was beautiful located in the midst of pristine surroundings. The stars and moon at night were indescribably beautiful- as well as the sunsets. Staying at this property you can uniquely witness the sunrise over the Bay and sunset over the Gulf! Crazy beautiful and private. The backyard is delightful as well as the porch. We loved our visit at John’s beautiful home!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful house. My family’s only complaint was that it was a 15 minute walk to the beach. Which was not convenient with kids, tents,chairs, toys, bags and everything else that goes along with beach trips. We ended up renting a golf cart (Top Notch in Mexico Beach) after our first day and that was SUPER helpful. I highly recommend this beautiful home. The host was so nice about anything we needed help with and very quick to respond. Everything was updated, clean, and exactly how it’s described but definitely rent a golf cart before coming down!

Kate and the sand flee were amazing! Kate went out of her way to make sure we were accommodated during our stay! We had a snow storm in the south and she let us come a day early so we could safety make it to port st Joe! I will go stay at her place again just because of that reason alone!! Customer service is very important to me and she really went above and beyond in my opinion! Do I recommend? 10000%!! The sand flee? If you have a large group 10-12 it’s perfect!! Did I mention we got a new puppy at the last minute? Yes, she also accepted the new puppy!

Home had plenty of space to hang out inside and outside. View of the water from the distance and sunset from home. Quiet neighborhood and easy to get around on golf cart. I wouldn’t want to be without a golf cart, bill has one for a great rental price and at the home so no need to rent from a 3rd party which is great. Code to the golf cart key was incorrect when we first arrived and then about an hour later he got us the correct code. There is no coffee provided for the coffee bar which was a little odd, I could have brought my own if it was in the listing to BYOB but short trip I did not need to buy an entire bag and we were able to go down to the small town via golf cart for some coffee. Beautiful beach vibe colors and a large kitchen. Would stay here again. Thanks Bill!
