Modern country home (entire lower level, 1200 sq. feet) with magnificent views of the West Elk Mountains. Excellent internet (fiber optic) that runs at about 145 mbps. The area is well known for dark skies and great star gazing. Unlimited outdoor activities, superb wine tasting at local vineyards and easy access to Telluride, Aspen and Crested Butte. The Overlook-Clean, expansive views, outdoor space

Lower taxes for guests (8.9% here verse 20.9% in town) Home is pet friendly with a fenced yard. Large deck, BBQ grill, incredible views, and lots of privacy. Home has great views, amazing outdoor space, and conveniently located next to Crested Butte. This is in a great location and has easy access to trails and town. This home is a duplex, but none of the space is shared between the two units. Both units have a private deck, private entrance, and private parking.
