Holiday rentals with a patio in Guntersville

This space is so clean I thought I must have been the first inhabitant - Ellie is a fantastic, responsive, thoughtful host. Thoughtful kitchen amenities. Thoughtful notes and instructions. All around a beautiful place, pristine clean, easy to access and close to town, whether Madison or Huntsville. I'd gladly stay here again with confidence.

This was my second stay at Brandon’s, and it was as good as the first stay last year. He has a great space, and he is a flexible and amenable host. You can’t go wrong staying here.

Our family of 15 from Florida and Indiana all met up for a week over New Years at the Shultz House. Our goal was to relax, cook together, play games and enjoy our time. We did exactly that! The house was roomy, comfortable and clean. Amanda responded quickly anytime I needed to reach out to her. We loved using the fire pit to make s’mores. (You can purchase bamboo s’mores sticks at the nearest Publix for $2 - for a pack of 12.) Thank you again for sharing your wonderful vacation home with us!

Cozy Creekwood was perfect for us and our two dogs while our house underwent renovations. Sonja’s kitchen had everything! The bed was super comfortable for sleeping! The backyard was great for the dog’s potty breaks, and there is a dog park and walking trails for them. Sonja even has a large crate (we didn’t need) and beds, bowls, etc (she thinks of everything)! Great laundry room and convenient garage too. I cannot think of one thing I needed from home. Just bring yourself. Sonja will take good care of you!!

Diane was the most gracious and helpful host. She was quick to respond to our questions and was thoughtful to provide extra games for our kiddos while anticipating snow! The house was in great order, warm, and inviting. The location was perfect for easy access to 565, downtown, and charming 5points restaurants and points of interest. We look forward to the next opportunity to book here again.

The house and neighborhood are very convenient, pleasant, and well-shaded. The house is great and was a comfort to relax in each evening and morning. There was a mishap the first night (entirely my fault) and these folks were very kind and helpful even though I intruded on their sleep in the wee hours. Great folks, great place.

This was our second stay and it was just as lovely as the first. Very walkable to the Five Points Area: Star Supermarket, Old Towne Coffee Shop, Waffle House, etc. Access to I-565 is also very convenient. Beds are very comfortable and everything you need is in the kitchen and bath. One pointer on Huntsville and Madison in general: there are a LOT of trains, especially at night, just about anywhere you'll stay. If you are sensitive to noise, you may want to bring earplugs. There is a lot to do in Huntsville and Madison!

We enjoyed our stay. The place is completely rehabbed (new). Everything functions inside the property. Very neat and comfy. The property is in a residential block close to commercial use. Easy access to the Highway, Whole Foods, and 8 min away from downtown. Patricia is very responsive and her instructions for accessing the property, using the WiFi and so, are accurate and clear.

We had a great stay. It was very convenient to the Von Braun center which we were in town for a conference. The backyard was spacious and our dog enjoyed the fenced in yard. Would definitely stay here again.

Jana was wonderful! She was very responsive and accommodating. The house had everything we needed. It was perfect! The pups loved getting to tag along for the work trip. We will definitely stay here when we visit again!

My family and I stayed at Kendall’s for Thanksgiving. Everything was exactly how it was shown in pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. It was great for a quick and last minute planned trip. Kendall was quick to respond with any questions we had and was very polite. The location was easy to find and in a quiet community. We didn’t have any problems and would definitely stay again.

The host was very friendly and quick to respond. The apartment was very nice and the discrimination matched the posting. I had an issue with the oven and she had it fixed, very quickly. The host is great!!! Just understand: the complex has a “college feel and smell” to it… (if you know what I mean…) This host was amazing and the apartment fit my extended stay perfectly…

Aleena is an excellent host. She gave excellent instructions for check in and check out. We appreciated her checking on us after check and check out. She has taken great care to make her space feel comfortable and has everything you could possibly need for a long- or short-term stay.

My husband and I both agreed that the place was in a great area with tons of options for shopping and eating. The inside was cozy and cute with just about everything you'd need. no one messed with us. It was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely come back again!
