This is a 400sf studio brand new, renovated, with refrigerator ,microwave, toaster, coffee maker, Saki induction cooker, utensils, new bathroom, queen bed, iron, iron board, hair dryer, hangers, towels and linens provided. ***BEST LOCAL APARTMENT MINUTES TO NYC ***

Perfect place to stay for traveling into New York City! Ample space for 2! Unbelievable natural light during the day. Super easy to get to and from NYC for about $6 round-trip using the bus! Ferry nearby! We highly recommend our space for those using public transportation as street parking is limited and an overnight parking pass of $4 is required per night. This Airbnb is better suited for those wanting to explore NYC/North NJ and coming back to the Airbnb as it is in a busy building and area.

Spacious, clean apartment only 15 minutes to NYC!

This is a beautiful, fully renovated one bedroom apartment on a quiet street minutes away from NYC. The apartment is spacious, with an open concept living room/kitchen. The living room has large windows with plenty of natural light, cable TV, and sofa bed. The kitchen has a new stove, microwave, and toaster oven. It is fully equipped with plates, silverware, cups, plus lots of extras. The bedroom has a brand new, comfortable queen bed, with a walk-in closet, TV, and clock radio. WiFi included!

Amazing 3 bedroom unit - mins from Manhattan!

Specious large 3 bedroom unit (1400 sqft / 130 sq meters) with 2 full baths, loving room and dining room. Unit is located on the first floor of the house - separate entrance and private. Wifi/Central Air/Full Kitchen/Linen and Towels included. Super easy commute to NYC - 20-25 Mins to Midtown Manhattan via bus. This unit is located in a 2 family home - we live above the unit and have young kids we do our best to keep it quiet and expect the same from our guests for everyone's enjoyment.

Welcome to our private one-bedroom apartment/basement. Easy access to public transportation to New York, Times Square (bus stop is 7 minutes away walking distance) Newark Airport-25 mins driving. American Dream Mall -15 mins. Met Life Stadium-15 mins. Soho Spa Club-6 mins. Our charming apartment is part of a two family house where we live in. There are great restaurants, markets, bakeries, cafes, etc. Our neighborhood is friendly, safe and secure. Garage available upon request.

Visit NYC w/ budget & free parking

Frequent buses right in front of door step, bring you to time square in 30 minutes! Simple completed private studio apartment with free parking space and all the basics you need to visit the big apple. Step outside of the house, you will have amazing manhattan skyline views. There is a huge park two blocks away from us. To benefit family of 4, we had a double twin day bed for the 3rd and 4th guests to use.
