The apartment is located in a busy residential area in Győr. The old town is 3.5 km away, but thanks to its convenient location, everything can be reached quickly by car or public transport. Restaurant 80 m, supermarket 800 m, bus stop is right in front of the property. The Industry area and the Audi can be reached in 5 minutes. Wouldn't you have time to go out to relax after work? Or are you a tourist or are you coming to Györ for an event? Then you have an ideal choice!

A historic vicary (1876) with plenty of space inside and out. It has lived and therefore has its own atmospheric character. The old red marble 2 steps takes you into the house. Where an imposing entree welcomes you. In the large private garden is a swimmingpool (10 x 5 )with a nice sun beachy terrace, a veranda where you can barbeque and a open fire place where you can make delilcious qoulash in the traditional Hungarian way.
