Welcome to 18 Bucklands – a stylish and thoughtfully upgraded chalet in beautiful North Devon, offering comfort far beyond a standard holiday stay.

Warm and welcoming all year round, the chalet features underfloor heating throughout, quality beds and furnishings, fast Starlink WiFi, Smart TVs in the lounge and bedrooms, and a fully fitted kitchen with everything you need for short or longer stays.

Relax after a day exploring in the deep bath, refresh in the electric shower, or unwind in the comfortable living space. Quality bedding and towels are provided, with parking nearby for easy arrivals.

Location

Set within a lovely woodland holiday park near Bideford Bay, this is a fantastic base for exploring the North Devon coast. Nearby cliff paths lead to quiet unspoilt beaches, though some routes are steep and best suited to confident walkers. Many guests also enjoy driving to popular beaches and attractions across the area.

We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs, so the whole family can enjoy the trip.

Seasonal Park Facilities

From Easter to November, guests can enjoy the Parkdean site facilities (passes available from reception), which may include indoor and outdoor pools, a small shop, restaurant, bar, evening entertainment and children’s play areas.

This park is smaller and more relaxed than some larger resorts, making it a great option for families wanting a calmer holiday environment.

Popular nearby attractions include The Big Sheep and The Milky Way Adventure Park.

Self check-in is available via a secure key box located at the chalet, allowing flexible arrival after check-in time.
Guests have private use of the entire chalet during their stay.
Free on-site parking is available nearby in unallocated spaces.
Parkdean reception is staffed 24/7 throughout the year and can assist private guests as well as Parkdean bookings.
During seasonal opening dates, additional Parkdean facilities may be available to guests, with passes available to purchase from reception where required.

18 Bucklands is still open and a fantastic base to explore from. The playground, woodland and coastal path are available all year round.
