8 Laurel Mount is a spacious, yet cosy 2-bedroom cottage in Bolton, near Appleby, perfectly placed between the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and North Pennines.

The space
8 Laurel Mount is a beautifully presented, fully self-contained 2-bedroom cottage that comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.
Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1: Comfortable double bed
Bedroom 2: Versatile zip-link bed, configured as a super king or two singles (just let us know your preference before arrival)
Living room: Double sofa bed, ideal for extra guests, families, or little ones
Bathroom:
One modern bathroom with a full-sized bath and overhead shower, fresh towels, and quality toiletries provided.
Kitchen and Dining:
A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a relaxed family meal or a cosy dinner after a day out exploring, plus an open-plan dining area that comfortably seats the whole party.
Living Space:
A bright, restful lounge with Smart TV, fast free WiFi, and direct access to the garden. We also leave out a selection of games, puzzles, and books for slower evenings in.
Outside:
A private, fully enclosed back garden with seating and your own hot tub under a gazebo, so you can soak whatever the weather. Dedicated off-street parking is right outside the front door.
For Families:
A high chair is provided for little ones.
Guest access
You have full, exclusive use of the entire cottage, the private back garden, the gazebo and hot tub, and your own dedicated parking space.
Check-in is self-service via a secure lockbox, so you can arrive on your own schedule without waiting around. A few days before your arrival, you'll receive a friendly welcome message with the door code, parking instructions, hot tub guidance, and a short list of our favourite local recommendations to help you settle straight in.

The Setting:
8 Laurel Mount sits within Eden Grove, a residential development just outside the village of Bolton. Most of the time it's wonderfully quiet, however please be aware that some neighbouring plots may still have light construction activity during weekday working hours. We've chosen the finishings, soft furnishings, and outdoor space carefully so the cottage itself remains a calm escape.
Hot Tub
The hot tub is private and available year-round under its own gazebo. Full usage and safety guidance is sent with your check-in details. Children must be supervised at all times.
Pets
We're not currently accepting pets at the cottage. Thank you for understanding.
Local Area
Bolton village has a friendly local pub within walking distance. Appleby-in-Westmorland is a short drive for shops, restaurants, and the train station. The Lake District, Yorkshire Dales, and North Pennines are all within easy reach for day trips.
