Our exclusive neighbourhood is located minutes drive from downtown Samara and Pacific beaches, in one of only 5 Blue Zones in the world. This stunning, modern, multi-family villa is part of an elevated finca made up of a handful of uniquely designed homes in an exclusive neighborhood where it's super peaceful, steeped in nature, with a cooler breeze.
There's not a day that passes without a stunning sunset or tropical weather pattern that will take your breath away which you can appreciate from all 5 bedrooms and common areas of this uniquely designed home.
Casa Nube (Cloud House) is set in it's own 1.5 acres of tropical jungle where you will be sure to experience the cloud and mist formations of green season and the rainbow hued sunsets of dry season as well as all the wildlife the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica has to offer. You may spot aracari toucans one day, macaws the next, hummingbirds, butterflies, a family of racoons or pizotes an armadillo, howler monkey's, a preying mantis or even an Ocelot or Jaguar.. Each day will present a unique experience you and your family will cherish forever here in Costa Rica. If you have a love of nature without compromising on comfort then Casa Nube is for you.

On the ground floor, you enter the villa through the floor to ceiling glass doors that cover the front of the villa into the spacious kitchen, dining, TV and lounge space.
You'll find a locally handmade teak, banquet-size, table that can easily seat 12, full open plan kitchen with gas oven and all amenities you need to entertain your family and friends either yourselves or with a local private chef, which can be booked with our concierge service.
Purposely designed to be a super social space, where everyone can congregate and enjoy each others' company over dinner, wine and a game of scrabble or cards..
The king-size, primary en-suite guestroom is on one side of the ground floor, with its own tropical terrace as well as 2 queen guestrooms (with a full bathroom in between) off the main living space. The ground floor sleeps 6 guests whilst the first floor sleeps a further 4 (with an additional bathroom upstairs, so Casa Nube is perfect for families holidaying together or extended family holidays.
We have pack n play and high chair for little ones too available, complimentary of course..
Our splendid outdoor staircase, a real feature of Casa Nube, sweeps you up to the first floor, with spectacular misty mountain top views, there are 2 decadent guestrooms, one a king-size bed and the other with twin single beds.
There is another full, open-style bathroom in between these bedrooms with incredible tropical mountain views, with a privacy screen between you and the great outdoors.
Casa Nube is perfect for families and friends wishing to vacay together as you each have your own floor with 3 full, separate bathrooms plus an additional washroom next to the pool.
There is an exclusive, large saltwater pool at the front of Casa Nube with lounge area, pool toys, parasols for shade, BBQ and dining space and pool lights to enjoy this stunning space of an evening.
The private drive to Casa Nube has parking comfortably, for 3 vehicles. The driveway is on an incline so it's recommended you have a 4x4 vehicle. The short drive into Samara is a good quality tarmac road.(a rarity in Costa Rica!).
There are around 25 steps from the driveway/ pool area to the front door of Casa Nube and our property manager is happy to help with your luggage.
If you have many or heavy luggage and need further assistance, please let us know in advance. We can arrange a porter to help on arrival. This could be a fantastic opportunity to pack light as everything has been intentionally provided for your comfort at Casa Nube.
To add further delight to your stay, our property manager is always on hand to answer your villa related queries pre or during your stay. We are also able to recommend local tour companies who can reserve hire cars, airport transfers, excursions, private chefs, babysitters anything you need to make your experience at Casa Nube truly unforgettable.

Casa Nube with private pool is exclusively yours to enjoy for the entirety of your stay. You also have your own exclusive laundry and drying area at the rear of the villa.
Casa Nube is perfectly configured for families and groups to vacation together whilst each experiencing their own privacy and space.
All vehicles are parked close to the pool area on the driveway. it's a short walk up (around 25 steps) from the driveway to the entrance of the villa, at an incline (see external villa photos).
Those with limited mobility may need assistance with steps, a hand of a relative or fellow guest will be sufficient. The views when you reach Casa Nube are truly breathtaking!
Whilst every effort will be made to assist with your luggage upon check in, if you have extremely heavy luggage or a lot of baggage and require additional assistance, let us know in advance of your arrival and we can arrange a porter for you.

Parties or excessively loud music is not permitted at Casa Nube.

We recommend the use of 4x4 vehicle as this will ensure maximum comfort for your time in Costa Rica.
Please note, the stairs to the upper floor is accessed by an external sweeping staircase, accessed from the inside ground floor. This is designed to showcase the magnificent views across the mountains of Costa Rica. It's recommended at night to turn off the lights above the stairs so as not to attract nightime wildlife that is attracted to the lights. Whilst every effort is made to keep insects at bay, they are an integral part of your stay in Costa Rica, we are guests in their habitat. 🌿⛅
