This charming 3-bedroom cottage nestles amongst the colourful cottages of Mill Green within earshot of the River Lym, and a short walk to the local shops, restaurants, and seafront.
At the rear of the cottage there is parking for 2 cars (a rarity in Lyme) and a decked area offering a relaxing spot to soak up the evening sunshine and listen to the sound of the river - a perfect way to unwind after a day at the beach or hiking one of the nearby coastal trails.

The space
Welcome to Dove Cottage.

Outside there is a deck area with seating, a summer house and the soothing sound of the nearby river making it a perfect spot for a morning coffee or a drink before dinner.
Enter the cottage through the back door to a utility area, including fridge/freezer, wine fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer, this leads through to a well equipped kitchen with a fan oven, a microwave and a table and 6 chairs.
Off the kitchen is the lobby area and downstairs toilet and front door.
The ground floor is open plan with a comfortable lounge with a 50" smart TV with DVD VHS player and Wi-Fi is available.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms; bedroom 1 has a king size bed; bedroom 2 has twin beds and off this bedroom is a walk in shower; bedroom 3 has twin beds with a hand basin and T.V in the room .
There is also a family bathroom with a bath and electric shower.

Bedding , Towels and cleaning are charged as shown.

This lovely cottage perfect for families, friends or couples looking to spend some time by the seaside and the picturesque Jurassic Coast.
