SPINNEY VIEW UPPER SUITE
Our stylish, modernised Cotswolds stone barn has spectacular views over the Windrush valley. This private suite comprises a spacious bedroom, bathroom and sitting room (but NO kitchen). A pantry corner with tea and coffee making equipment and a fridge offer limited facilities for self-catering. This wing overlooks a spinney and fields which lead down to the Windrush Valley. Our suite benefits from a private dedicated entrance leading directly from the car park.
The space
Our independent guest suite with NO cooking facilities on the upper level of a central wing in the Stone Barn overlooks the Windrush Valley and benefits from a private entry opposite the old dairy, and a private bathroom. This space is entirely self-contained with full length windows opening on a private balcony, a private bathroom and a living space. It is a very spacious suite for two but can also accommodate 4 comfortably.
While there is no kitchen, we provide a tea/coffee-making corner for a simple tea break in the afternoon or a pick me up in the morning.
Furnished with a rustic charm, The Barn showcases a comfortable, casual and stylish shabby chic. The interiors at The Barn are a clever integration of the elements of a farming life and its implements and modern living comforts created by our resident artist Laura with objets d'art discovered and produced within the estate. Whether you come alone or in a small private group, our accommodation at The Barn @ GRH Farm offers an ideal base from which to explore the Cotswolds.
Guest access
The Stone Barn includes private accommodation which is self-contained and separate from our guest accommodation. You will have this space for your private use and there is independent access to the car park. You are welcome to walk along the drive and public paths on our farm. Do ask us if you'd like to meet our farm animals - we'd be happy to introduce them but ask that you do not approach them without one of us being around.
Other things to note
While we make every effort to keep our farm neat, this is a farm! We may not be able to address everything promptly so please be prepared to encounter some dust, stray animal droppings and smells, insects (especially flies). Let us know if anything needs attention, we are always ready to roll up our sleeves!!

GRH Farm is family run. We are delighted to welcome you to our little corner of the beautiful Cotswolds. We share some of our favourite things to do in our guidebook and would be delighted to show you our farm too!
Come and disconnect and enjoy a different pace of life for a bit. Nature can recharge... if you aren’t expecting city services! Technology systems are a little less cutting edge!!
Do be prepared that while there is decent WiFi, it is certainly not the same as being in a city (and our TVs are provided with a selection of DVDs but there is no broadcast signal).
We adhere to the highest standards of hygiene in our properties and follow advised cleaning protocols. Nonetheless, we ask our guests to understand this is a working farm with livestock; encounters with insects (flies, spiders, etc), stray animal droppings and/or smells, as well as some dust (especially on external areas) are likely. Recognising this, we are always ready to roll up our sleeves if anything needs further attention. Just shout!
Finally, with prevailing health concerns, we will minimise your exposure to us. Check in and out will be done with that in mind but that should not be confused with how warmly we welcome you. We do!! Contact us any time!! But... we also hope our guests will ensure they are healthy when they visit.
