This recently renovated house has been designed so you can settle in straight away, with a calm, welcoming feel that guests consistently describe as spotlessly clean, stylish and genuinely homely. It’s not just somewhere to stay – it’s a space where your holiday can really begin.
Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms where you can properly switch off. Your king-size main bedroom comes with its own ensuite shower room, giving you privacy and ease, while the double and twin rooms offer flexible, restful spaces for family or friends. The main bathroom is often a guest favourite, with both a walk-in shower and a freestanding bath – perfect for rinsing off after the beach or enjoying a long, unhurried soak. A separate utility room with washer and dryer makes longer stays feel simple and stress-free.
Downstairs is where you’ll naturally spend time together. You can curl up in the lounge, gather around the dining table for long breakfasts or shared dinners, or relax in the bright open-plan kitchen and living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, so cooking for your group feels easy and enjoyable. Open the bi-fold doors and step into your private courtyard garden – a quiet, sheltered spot that catches the afternoon and evening sun and is ideal for unwinding with a drink at the end of the day.

Other things to note
For any essentials you may have forgotten, there are two convenience stores just a minute’s walk from the house.
Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome, as our family dogs also stay here. We kindly ask that dogs are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture, and that any garden mess is cleared and disposed of correctly. Please contact us before booking if you plan to bring a dog, as a small additional cleaning fee applies. Dogs are welcome on the beach, though some areas have restrictions between 30th April and 1st September.
The area benefits from resident permit parking, and we’re pleased to provide a permit for the duration of your stay. There are also additional convenient options nearby, including free on-street parking just a five-minute walk away and a car park around ten minutes on foot.
You’re welcome to pull up directly outside the house to unload with ease before parking, making your arrival as smooth and convenient as possible.

Hi, I’m Sarah! I live near Sherborne with my two spaniels, Laingham and Flash. We’ve always loved the coast, so we bought our holiday home in Weymouth to enjoy time by the sea with family and friends. The house is perfectly located near the centre of the seafront, so once you arrive, you can park up and explore on foot. We adore our daily seaside walks and hope you’ll love it here just as much as we do.
