• Safety Sovereignty: The Villa Manager holds the absolute and final authority over the usage of all motorized land and watercraft. Her decision on whether conditions are safe for operation is strictly non-negotiable and is made with your safety as the highest priority.
• Amenity Qualification: Complimentary use of the Private SUV, Vespas, Catamaran, and Sea-Doo Jet Skis is a bespoke inclusion specifically for bookings of 5 nights or more.
• Compliance & Documentation: Before operating any craft, guests must present valid licensing (IDP/Home License) and sign a standard liability waiver. Access cannot be granted without these documents.
• Operating Window: To ensure optimal sea conditions and visibility, watercraft are available daily between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, subject to the weather and tide assessments.
Bay Preservation Zone: To protect local coral reefs and swimmer safety, Jet Skis are prohibited from being operated within the immediate villa bay. Skis must be toggled to 'Low Power' mode and navigated directly to open water.
• Fuel & Coverage: Guests are responsible for variable fuel costs (at local pump prices). While we provide comprehensive vehicle insurance, guests must maintain their own personal travel insurance for all recreational activities.
