Absolutely stunning. We booked the villa the night before after our hotel cancelled our reservation. We were so happy Peter was able to host us last minute. The house is beautiful. The rooftop pool was perfect with amazing sea and Mountain View’s. Peter was very flexible with us when we checked out of the villa. His team was so welcoming & kind to us. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Azure! The location is perfect. The space is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. Henry is a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful with local tips. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Pattaya!

Before our stay, Fred and Aom were extremely helpful during the days leading up to our stay. On arrival, the staff were ready and proactive to respond to our every request in a timely manner. Not only is the villa everything that we hoped for, but even more than we expected. We appreciate Ja and the rest of the staff that helped us during our days there. Absolutely will be staying with them again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing! The best airbnb I have ever stayed! We will definitely come back again. There is a maid/butler who assisted us throughout our stay from preparing bfast to buying durians, beer and booking massage.

We chose the place for a final few days of rest during our two-week trip to Thailand, where we were well cared for by the host, all our wishes were fulfilled at an express pace. We really appreciate the possibility of washing and ironing, a delicious dinner and breakfast, and the opportunity to take advantage of the on-site massage. Thank you so much, it's a pity our stay was so short.

We loved our stay! We had a large group of 10 staying and the place was more than spacious enough. Big bedrooms, all having their own ensuites was great! Open plan living with a large balcony and pool that had a great view. We loved the location as it was very quiet. Would recommend hiring scooter or vehicle to get around as not within close walking distance to beach/shops/restaurants. Overall great stay and highly recommend.

I stayed at Olivier’s place with a group of 10 yoga friends. The villa was stunning, clean and more than spacious enough for 11 of us. Our host was really helpful and quick to respond with recommendations for restaurants, beach bars, yoga studios. The villa is well equipped for dining in and the live in maid was a godsend with cooking, washing and booking taxis. She was wonderful. The surrounding gardens are well maintained and the villa and local area felt like an extremely safe place to stay.

Had a great stay! The home was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything I needed. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful with local shops and cafes nearby but the location is a bit off the main attractions. Overall is a great experience with a responsive host—would recommend!

This Airbnb was so beautiful and a great stay for our group of 8 people. Definitely 5/5 stars and just an aesthetic place. Just a few things to note if visiting: the frogs at night are very loud, especially more so in the rooms closest to the living room but ear plugs and playing rain noise on our phones helped a lot. There is a rooster next door as well, but we didn’t totally mind an early wake up. Lastly, the pool is absolutely incredible but when the ground around it gets wet, it is dangerously slippery - just something to note if elderly or children will be visiting. We were just extra careful. I still think this place deserves a 5/5 though bc they are all manageable things and out of their control. It was also exceptional because they allowed for a late check out due to half of our group getting food poisoning and we appreciated that more than anything.

A very hospitable host who checks in with her guests daily to ensure there are no issues with their stay. Shows proactiveness to taking care of her guests. Overall great experience and highly recommended place for big families to stay in

Kunjira is a very nice host. Kawee is a very good housekeeper. The house is very warm and cozy, just as shown in the pictures. It's very close to the Big C supermarket, so it's quite convenient. And it's very safe. The only concern is that the back door of the garage is not locked, which makes me a little worried. Overall, the experience is very good.

We had a wonderful time at the beach house. The fun amenities, including the pool, foosball table, and pool table were big hits. I really liked that the bedrooms were all private suites. This worked well for our multigenerational group. Another major highlight was the golf cart, which allowed us to take our entire group on visits to the the beach and to see the sights of Bang Saray. Bang Saray is quieter than patayya. Very family friendly. a good mix of local thai's and beach vacationers from Thailand and abroad. A tourist area, but not a tourist trap. A few features of the home were showing signs of wear/age, specifically the pool chairs and pool cover had very deteriorated covers which did detract from. their functions. I also noticed more than a few light bulbs were burned out, including in the main room of the property. these didn't hurt our overall experience much, but I would encourage the owners to make repairs to these. Communication with the owners was very professional.

We really enjoyed our time here. Great rooms and common area was fun! The host onsite is kind and helpful. Would be happy to visit again someday

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Tucked away from the city's hustle and bustle, it offers a peaceful retreat. Despite being off - the - beaten - path, there are small convenient stores nearby, which is really handy. Since we hired a car, getting around was a breeze. I'd recommend families traveling here to consider car - hiring for easy exploration. The driver, Chat, was incredibly friendly. He made every journey enjoyable with his warm personality. The breakfast served daily was outstanding. For the price, it was such a great deal, filled with a wide variety of delicious items. The host and her husband were extremely helpful. They provided us with local tips, recommendations on places to visit, and made sure we had everything we needed. I can't recommend this place enough! It truly made my trip unforgettable.

Wonderful Stay at Nick’s place – Highly Recommended I recently had the pleasure of staying and it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and attention to detail were evident. The villa itself was beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The private pool was impeccably maintained and provided a serene space to relax. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean, with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The host Nick was professional, courteous, and always willing to assist with any requests. One thing to note is that the villa is located in a more secluded area, and having a car or private transportation is highly recommended, as public transport options are not readily available. However, this also adds to the peaceful and private atmosphere, making it a perfect retreat for anyone seeking a relaxing and luxurious getaway. I look forward to returning in the future.

First of all the host, it is absolutely fine! Good people! And kind!This must be a compliment! Would also help like redeeming baht!The ratio is also good! Come and feel, breakfast is not for Chinese, the bread is hard, the free ones are canceled by me! Electricity is 7 baht per unit, 5 days as if we used around 500 rmb.. the most critical came, the house is staying every day, no cleaning is included! That is, there is a charge for living shouters! This is unacceptable! Generally, there are a lot of items charged,

I haven’t been in Thailand for more than 8 years and when we came to this place it felt right as how it was. The host is so helpful, kind and so humble. This is how I remember how the Thai people are. The place felt like paradise!

It is very conveniently located, easy to reach Maya Mall and Ningman road for shopping and eating various local food . The host is also very warm hearted to help you before and during the stay

This was our first time in Thailand and a group of six guys were able to have an amazing trip. MeiMei was an amazing host, she was very responsive to any questions or issues we may have run into. the place was exactly as what we had expected. Would definitely recommend and would consider staying there again if we were to go back. One thing to note, if you're using Grab or Bolt, it was a bit challenging to get the drivers to show up to the proper address or drop us off right in front of the Airbnb at times. We were unsure if it was a Grab/Bolt issue whereas it worked fine on Google Maps. We ended up using one of the restaurants near the Airbnb as the address and just walking from there. Otherwise, great overall experience I'm Thailand and MeiMei's Airbnb made it even better.
