Spacious bright 2 bedroom flat, with huge balcony and an eclectic modernist interior profile. Located in well-designed modernist apartment building. Ideal for longer-term lease (ask me for lease pricing).

The museum quarter and some of the nicest Athenian Parks, Bars & Restaurants are all around in walking distance. Two Metro stations (Evangelismos and Megaron) and numerous Buses around too.
The commercial and historical centres of Athens are only a few blocks away, on foot or by commuting.

The space
Built in the 80s and featuring exposed concrete and a beautiful array of piloti, outdoor staircases and a backgarden, the building is one of the neighborhood's architectural highlights.

This is a leafy residential neighborhood with calmness and plenty of space. The apartment is in the last block next to the natural park and heath of Ilisia.

The indoor area is 86sqm with a whole 40sqm very spacious open-plan living room and kitchen area.

There is a very large balcony along the entire apartment (15m front plus 7m side) with plenty of potted plants - perfect for relaxation, a drink or a read, during the day or at night. Right to the front, the street is covered by a big leafy plane tree and a tall olive tree, while at the end of the street the heath’s cypresses are visible.

There is an organic grocery store two blocks away and a farmers market on the other side of the block every Friday.

In the bookshelves there is a selection of books in Greek, English, German on art, design, architecture, philosophy, and poetry.
