Family-friendly holiday rentals in Athens

We had a fantastic stay at Ilias’s place. It is a great location, in easy walking distance of most of the main sites we wanted to visit. The flat has a very homely and personal charm. Ilias was warm and welcoming, and always very helpful and responsive to our questions.

Andreas is an excellent host, full of knowledge and great recommendations for things to do. The apartment is beautiful, the hot tub is very much appreciated after a long day of walking! Thank you Andreas, you were fantastic 😊

Kalliope is a nice, discreet, considerate hostess. When we arrived by taxi she was waiting for us at the bottom of the building and was kind enough to welcome us with food and drinks: it was Easter Sunday! We sincerely appreciate it. Her apartment is nice, very well-stocked. You can cook there without a problem. The door frames are excellent and isolate well from the city purr. There are mosquito nets which are very helpful. Two balconies and a terrace from which we see half an acropolis. It feels like home. We highly recommend.

I and my friends had a great stay! The place was centrally located, making it super easy to get around. The neighborhood was lively and full of energy, with tons of pubs and bars nearby—perfect for a fun night out. Definitely recommend if you're looking to be in the heart of the action!

this is probably the best location you can dream of in Athens. the unobstructed views from the balcony are unimaginable and the apartment itself is just amazing, with modern amenities and thoughtful design. the hosts were very responsive and accommodating, can’t recommend the place enough!

The apartment is wonderful, spacious and has many more amenities than described. It is a house with everything you may need. It is also very peaceful with beautiful balconies. It is ideal also for families with toddlers, there is a nice park nearby. We had a great stay!

Homely flat with great living room/ kitchen space and a balcony that got sun from around 11am until the evening when we stayed. Beautiful area and great location near acropolis. Flat exactly as described and big enough for 3 adults and a baby. There were works going on next door - which Fotini had told us about before and it didn’t bother us much. Fotini is a great host, she was super flexible in terms of check-in/out and gave us loads of tips. Thanks very much, highly recommended.

Had a lovely stay, was roomy and I loved the big private balcony, everything looks like the pictures. I had an easy check in, Stephen's communication was responsive and flexible. I have absolutely no complaints, I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house with fabulous views. Plenty of room, especially with the 3 bathrooms and a huge terrace. Aris is a wonderful host, even supplying lots of breakfast provisions and arranging pick-up for us both ways to the airport. The area has lots of restaurants and cafes, and was walkable to the many highlights of Athens. Would love to return.

Great place to stay with all of the major "best things in Athens" things on a reasonable walking distance. Neighborhood looks a bit odd upon arrival, but really needs a bit of exploration. Then you will find place for a good coffee, supermarket and some superb small plates restaurants just around the corner. The villa itself is great with the indoor swimming pool as an interesting asset. Its very spacious and neat, with nice outdoor places. Only minus is that there is only one shower on ground floor that really needs a bit of an upgrade. But with a dip in the pool as an alternative, not the worst thing that can happen. Overall a recommendable place to stay for an Athens city trip

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

Andronike was a great host! She was very accommodating and communicative. We absolutely loved the place and would recommend to anyone wanting to get away into the mountains. Such a lovely place with a beautiful pool and gorgeous view :))

It's a fantastic place to stay - best of all worlds. 20 min walk to Flisvos Marina with amazing restaurants/bars and only 10 min in Uber/Taxi up to centre of Athens and tourist parts. The definite bonus was the rooftop terrace and saltwater swimming pool. Huge apartment with everything needed and friendly and helpful owners. Supermarket only 5 min walk. Very generous and helpful welcome pack. We would definitely stay again.

Natalia & George were amazing hosts, genuinely lovely people. The accommodation was lovely and clean with everything you could need. Very quiet area with amazing views of the sea and port/bay. The hill up to the apartment was a bit of a killer to walk too many times a day if you have mobility issues like I have. Wish there had been more to do in Porto Rafti, but think as we were there, 13-20th April, before summer season really kicked off it was a little quiet. We walked to the beach, 12mins, and no sunbeds were even out. We were the only people sunbathing on the beach…for UK 24deg is sunbathing weather😂 again imagine this is a different scenario after April. Would definitely go back but more in the summer season.

We had a fabulous brief stay and this beautiful home. Immaculately clean. Fabulous surroundings and views. Antonio was very responsive to any queries we had. Plenty of great places to walk to and beaches. Kazba at the bottom of the road is amazing for breakfast lunch evening meal or just a drink. Friendly and reasonable prices. Loved the cats at the house and the jacuzzi. Didn’t use the pool, only a brief stay. The top terrace was amazing to watch the sun rise ( if you get up early). Thank you 🙏
