This home is in a quiet area.

Relax and unwind at Tawny Nook Cottage, in the peaceful village of Withernwick.
Take in the glorious beaches nearby or a take stroll in the beautiful countryside.
You have the nearby Mapleton Beach, Cowden Beach and Hornsea Beach where you can dip your toes in the sea or take in the many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants of Hornsea town.
Or discover the Trans Pennine Trail, the route runs from coast to coast and is extremely popular with walkers, runners and cyclists.

The space
Wonderfully located for countryside walks and beautiful scenery.
Step into the roomy porch from the front door, located on the side of the property, where you will find plenty of space for coats, boots and walking shoes. Into the cosy living room with a 3 seater sofa and bench seating, smart tv and electric stove fire, making it an ideal room for a snuggle up on the sofa.
The dining kitchen is a great space for gathering around the dining table for a family meal. The space includes a double oven, fridge, kettle toaster microwave and plenty of crockery.
The bathroom is on the ground floor, including a rain shower over the bath.
On the first floor we have bedroom one with a double bed, dressing table with drawers, where you will find the hairdryer. There are hangers and hanging space for clothes and a full length mirror.
Bedroom two has two single beds, drawers with mirror, hangers and hanging space for clothes.
To the rear of the property is the garden with secure fencing and a locked gate, a small patio area with table and chairs, and a beautiful spacious garden area, making this a wonderful secluded retreat to relax and unwind.
There is on street parking.
And all this is just a stones throw away from our lovely village pub, The Falcon.
