“THE KIRKY HUT” is a tastefully decorated shepherd’s hut, which is the perfect place for people who love nature, countryside and eco-friendly environment!
The hut is located on an open field!
The electricity is provided by solar panels, the water comes from a water tank! There is a small kitchenette which has everything you will need for your stay!
All the linen/towels are provided
Sorry no TV but good G4 signal!
There is an eco-friendly compost toilet,electric shower room,outdoor sauna,hammock

Other things to note
Please do keep in mind that there is no car access to the Hut! You can park your vehicle on the street, but the safer and more secure option is to leave your car at the village car park, which is situated opposite the Kirkmichael Primary school. The path, leading up to the hut is right next to a cottage, called "The Stables", situated next to The Kirkmichael hotel car park. Then you have five minutes walk up the path to the hut! Depending on how much luggage you have, you might find it easier if you take couple of trips up the path.

Hi, my name is Tsvetanka, but mostly known as Sophie. Originally I am from Bulgaria but I have lived in the UK since 2007. Me, my partner Gary and our two kids, Grace and Kristoff, have lived in Kirkmichael for the last eight years!
