The coach house is tucked-away in the 'Burton St Leonards' Conservation Area, just five minutes walk from the sea. Welcome to your seaside home-from-home :)

The space
The apartment is on the first floor and accessed via a narrow external staircase so is not suitable for very small children or those with mobility issues

It's technically a one-bedroom flat and quite bijou, so while we do provide a (double) sofa-bed in the living room, if required, it's ideal for couples — or those with a max of one older child/one other adult. (You'll have to tell us when you book or we won't have supplied the bedding!)

The kitchen is an airy space with all mod cons, including microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer, slimline dishwasher and washing machine. Meanwhile, the bathroom has a shower and separate loo, and the outside patio area (we put out the garden furniture from May-October) is a little sun-trap
