The Nest is a high-spec, modern 2-bedroom bungalow located just a 15-minute walk from Louth town centre. Perfect for couples, friends, or small families, it combines contemporary style with comfort and convenience.

The Nest offers a comfortable, stylish living room with quality furnishings, designed for relaxation and socialising. The bi-folding doors enables natural light to fill the space, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

Kitchen & Dining:
A fully equipped modern kitchen includes all essential appliances: electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. Guests can prepare meals easily, with a dining area that provides space for eating, working, or enjoying a quiet coffee.

Bedrooms & Bathroom:
Both bedrooms are designed for restful sleep with high-quality beds, linens, and thoughtful touches. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a double bed.

The bathroom has the "Wow" factor with a marble floor, freestanding bath-tub, walk-in shower with fresh towels and essential toiletries included.

Outdoor Space:
The garden gets plenty of sun and has a seating area where guests can enjoy the outdoors, have a morning coffee, or relax with an evening drink.
