Holiday rentals in Hà Giang

It was quite difficult to find the place, especially we didn't have a good reception either and it wasn't well written. But the view and the hospitality made up for it all. The view is amazing and the food was amazing! The hosts are very friendly and we were completely comfortable. The heating blanket in the bed was also a big plus, so we slept incredibly well.

Staying at Cinnamon EcoLodge was the best experience in Vietnam so far. Staying in the middle of nature, surrounded by Cinnamon trees, rice fields, a mountain village, and animals was so peaceful. I also really enjoyed the home cooked dinners with Gioi and his whole family, they were so welcoming and made me feel at home. A few other highlights were the local market, the walk/hike through the village, and learning how to harvest cinnamon. It‘s very close to Sapa, but away from all the tourists. Big thanks to Gioi and his whole family. They also helped with organizing transportation. I can totally recommend staying there if you’re looking for tranquility and a local Vietnamese experience in nature.

Me and my wife visited Xoi's homestay in july of 2024. We were travelling through vietnam by motorcycles. Xoi was excellent in her communication, not only did she instantly reply to my messages but her English was spot on. She's a very happy and excited host. The whole family is great. We had an amazing dinner with the whole family and another french couple that was also staying at Xoi's. we stayed for one night in the most beautiful room we could imagine. This place is a 100% worth the drive. If we ever come back to northern vietnam this is definitely a place we are going back to. Xoi is great, food was great, room was awesome. You SHOULD go here!

Definitely a place to stay when visiting Ha Giang. Huyen was very welcoming, helpful and kind to us. She was able to help us with flexible check-out times when we weren't able to check-out on time, and provided us with breakfast. The place was very clean and cosy and as described in the description. Huyen also provides Ha Giang loop tours at very cheap prices relative to other companies, I would rate this Airbnb 6 stars if I could. Would definitely come back!

Anh’s place is very nice. Remote from the city but close at the same time. He helps us with motor bike rental, taxis, and everything that we were needed. We also had dinner there, which was very good and nice, with valuable exchanges. We really had a good time. Unfortunately it was a bit cold due to the season and we were not prepare for this. Overall, we really enjoy our time there and could go back again.

One of my favorite Airbnb stays! This is a true homestay experience- not touristy at all. Tri helped organize everything and made it easy for us to get to the remote location where we stayed with the Red Dzao tribe. Benal and her family welcomed us into their home with such warmth and kindness. Benal speaks very good English and explained so much about her culture and traditions. She took us to experience many wonderful things like hiking to her family’s ancient wild tea trees, visiting waterfalls and bamboo forests. We also got to experience daily life of feeding the animals, picking vegetables and cooking traditional foods. We were lucky to be around during a festival and got to go to the village to see dancing, singing and games. We ate all our meals with Benal and her family and drank lots of tea that they picked by hand (included in the cost of the booking). I highly recommend staying here if you want to learn more about tribal life in the beautiful Ha Giang mountains.

We loved staying at the place. It was all very clean, even the shared bathroom. The food was delicious, we would definitely come back. The only thing to improve is the stable internet connection.

An’s house was gorgeous - with a stunning view and amazing food! An also gave us helpful advice for our trip to Cao Bang. Highly recommend this spot.
