Lighthouse from 1895 with dwelling and apartment in the tower itself. The building is established on a shear at the end of Rekefjord. Original inventory from the time when the lighthousekeepers and family lived in the lighthouse. The lighthouse contains Kitchen, bathroom and toilet, living room, stalls, atrium with panoramic view, 3 bedrooms and small kitchen converted into extra bedrooms. If you want to experience Rogaland, Foss Eikeland in Sandnes is a good starting point for day trips to, among other places. Preikestolen, Kjeragbolten, Jærstrender and Kongeparken, or a walk in nice hiking areas just outside the door. The apartment is new in 2020 and includes living room, kitchen, bedroom with wardrobe and bathroom. There is both a sleeping area and a dining table area for four. The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and stove as well as TV and wireless broadband.

Benedikte house on architect-designed Svindland farm

The Benedikte house is about 10 min drive from Egersund city center and about 5 min from E39. We have attempted to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one to stay in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the outskirts of the courtyard of the Svindland farm. Here guests will find peace and idyll. On the farm there are horses, we have two dogs and a cozy peacock that runs freely. The house is very modern and well-equipped.

Stolpabua - A pearl on the Jærk Coast

Welcome to Stolpabua! Here you live in rural surroundings just by the sea and the beautiful Jærkusten. We have spent the winter of 2021 renovating the old cottage that has been standing here on the farm since 1936. Now we hope our guests will enjoy themselves here at Brekkekanten as well as we do. We have five bedrooms and a sofa bed that allows 10 people to stay here. In addition, you can borrow a crib and other necessary equipment for young children.

Great family apartment on the first floor with stunning views of Lysefjord. You won't get any closer to the fjord. The apartment has a double terrace door facing the fjord. You get a feeling of being "at sea" when you enter the apartment. Large bedroom with double bed, with the option of shutting down two extra beds if there are many of you sharing the apartment. The other bedroom has a family bunk with room for two downstairs and one person upstairs.

Giljastolens best viewpoint. Lots of varied mountain hikes. Fishing and swimming opportunities. Ski in/ski out in winter with Gilja Alpin 250 meters from cabin. After the day's activities, it's good to sink into a hot tub with good massage and enjoy the sunset or starry sky. There is also a sauna in the cabin. Good sun conditions around the cabin from morning to evening in the summer. Relax with friends and family at this stunning vacation home.

Welcome to our family cabin. You can enjoy the nice view over the Lysefjord, special from the terrace. It is just a few minutes from the see, where you can take a bath. The cabin has a perfect location for a lot of hikings in the area: Preikestolen, Flørli, Kjerag and a lot of other places. It is only a few minutes by car to the Forsand quay, and departures for Flørli and Lysebotn.
