Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Hà Nam

The building and the room were new.There was also no problem with the cleaning.Many Japanese ones are also used, so I prove the high quality of the room.Although it is a little far from the center of Hanoi, there is also a Japanese-style hot spring bathing facility (wearing a swimsuit) near this room, which is very good for enjoying a vacation on weekends.If you enjoy a hot spring bathing facility, please do not forget your swimsuit.Cafes and restaurants are close by.It is quiet in the morning and evening, so I think it is a good option if you want to forget about the city noise and relax.

Ninh was a great host as the guests mentioned in their reviews. She always tries to help guests with her plenty of information as a local. Her homestay also is run as a café and restaurant, so you don’t have to go far when you need food or drinks. While her homestay is located a bit away from the main tourist attractions—which was the main reason I chose it—you can consider that when planning your trip. Hang was very helpful with his instructions on how to get to the accommodation. We were met by his sister who led our taxi to the Tam Coc bungalow. Lovely venue, lovely location, lovely hosts. We were able to book an overnight bus to Hue for our onward journey and this all went smoothly. A lovely place to stay.

Actually one of the best stays I ever had

Very nice apartment with a stunning view. The swan lake is very nice for a morning run. Betty was always helpful, even in the late evening.

Thoc was a very helpful and responsive host who answered every time I needed assistance. The apartment was cozy, clean and spotless, with fast wifi speed that was ideal for working remotely. There were only two things that I had qualms with: first, I was taken aback with an extra heating and electricity bill that I had to pay after I made my reservation. And second, I was shocked at how far away the apartment complex was from all of the restaurants that offered delivery on Grab. This was quite inconvenient for me without any forms of transportation during the rainy season in January. Luckily, there are many lively food and snack streets within the vicinity in the Ecopark neighborhood. Ms. Thoc was also very kind to offer a motorbike for rental if you’d like to travel to the city. Overall, I’d recommend Ms. Thoc’s pleasant Airbnb if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay far away from the hustle and bustle lifestyle of Hanoi’s city center!

Amazing Stay –Highly Recommend! Our stay at Duc Dung Jun’s Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions, yet in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The bed was super comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like the welcome snacks and extra toiletries. Duc Dung Jun’s was an incredible host—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with recommendations. They made check-in and check-out seamless, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting HANOI VIETNAM. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed in this apartment for a month and were very happy here. If we were to come to Eco Park again, this would be our apartment of choice again. Pros: - Nice, friendly interior - Big, comfy couch and big living room area - Comfy beds - Nice, warm shower - Good kitchen table and kitchen with utensils - Comfy chairs - Good working desk in one of the bedrooms - Aircon /heater Cons: - If you're here during the colder months like January, as we were, it can get a little bit cold (if you don't have the heater on constantly). But that's the case in most other apartments too.

We had an excellent stay here in the beautiful ecopark with natural surroundings. It was located close enough to the buzz of Hanoi without compromising on peace and quiet. If I had any questions, they were very quickly answered and we were left a lovely souvenir, which was a nice touch. Thank you for looking after us so well.
