The Bungalow

Set within fully landscaped garden, detached from the main 1890's period home is a private bungalow featuring a large queen size bed, TV, microwave, fridge, kithenette, well appointed ensuite and BBQ facilities. There are drawers and hanging space for the longer stay and the kitchen has everything you need to be fully self sufficient if you so desire. 'The Bungalow' is private allowing you to choose your own level of interaction with the outside world. 15m walk from CBD and 6m from UTAS Stadium.

Large modern family home

This large modern family home is freshly renovated, located approximately fifteen minute drive from Launceston City Centre. This home has three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and two separate living areas. You'll have more than enough space to relax and soak in the views. I'm not likely to be at the property when you arrive - the property is equipped with a lock box so you can check in at your leisure any time after 3pm. Lock box codes will be sent in a message to you, on the day of your arrival.

Eco self contained cottage in a garden.

This mini 1 bedroom house was our trial run in building our main home using passive house principles. We are approx 1 km from the centre of Westbury in a rural location. (You may be lucky enough to sight some of our local wildlife during your stay! ) The cottage is suitable for a couple, however the extra single bed does enable some flexibility for guests.(i.e. if you wish to use both beds, please book for 3 people.) We provide a library of information about sustainability for guest perusal.

Guest accommodation includes large bedroom, ensuite, and living area that opens up onto a private veranda with views of garden and pond. It is located close to amazing Tasmanian wineries and restaurants as well as the Gorge and Wet-Land board walks only a ten minute drive away. You’ll love my place because of the quiet yet close to town location, amazing garden views, vibrant and friendly host and the offer of an optional remedial massage by a professionally trained therapist.
