Very comfortable and clean, great location, and well worth the price

Great stay! Very good location just by Haeundae beach. Lovely soft beds and very nice room. Sometimes you can hear the neighbours but it’s not bad. I’d stay here again if I come back to Busan!

It was the same as the photos, and the location was nice and tidy, so I had a good rest! Club Dioassis is only 35% on weekdays and 25% more on weekends. If you're going to use it, we recommend booking an internet reservation rather than a hotel discount!

It was great. It was a bit of a pity that it was on the 4th floor because someone was uncomfortable.

It is a far walk from Haeundae Subway Station, but there are restaurants and shops nearby, the room is full, and you can also see a little sea view.

I stayed for 4 nights more than satisfied and I'm even writing a review. From the 1 minute walk to the beach to the water purifier… there's nothing to throw away. I went to the beach like I was drunk 3 times a day. The restaurants are also close and the host answers the contact, requests, and guidance in real time. I'll visit again next time I get a chance. The elevator is out of order.

Clean, convenient, and super comfortable! Haeundae Beach is just a short walk away, and the place had everything we needed. Beds were cozy, check-in was easy, and parking was no problem at all. Great stay overall!

It was a bit difficult to carry the carrier from the subway station to the accommodation, but it was said that it was good in its own way because the distance was a commercial area. It was a bit of a shame that it wasn't a sea view, but it was clean and the host's response was good.

The place was well kept and spacious. Felt like home for my family. It was clean, comfy, had everything you could possibly need for a comfy stay. 호스트란 was very proactive in messaging us, providing all relevant info we needed. I appreciate their kindness and willingness to help. I would definitely book this accommodation again in a heartbeat. If you’re not sure about where to stay, this place is the best!

It was a nice place to stay because the location was nice, the scenery was nice, and there were many nearby amenities. Most importantly, the inside of the accommodation was tidy, and it was so nice to have enough towels and toiletries provided.

It was really convenient because the beach was right in front of the accommodation and near the station. I was satisfied that the host responded quickly.😊

1. The location of the accommodation is so great. I couldn't walk much because I was traveling with an infant, but not only the access to the beach on foot, the aquarium (there are many high-quality programs if the child likes it very much and is on time), and all the shopping and hospitals in El City are available. My child had a little runny nose, so I had to go to a pediatrician, but I was able to walk to the pediatrics on the second floor of El City. 2. The host communicates well and listen to your requests. Thank you for your willingness to accept requests that may be a little inconvenient. I was in a menstrual situation because the store I was looking for was closed or not, but I found the address of the restaurant the host sent me and had a good meal. In particular, the Sobok Gimbap house on the first floor and the Gomtang restaurant in the building next door were delicious, and it was so great to go with children! 3. It was a convenient and clean accommodation. Toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, cleansing oil and even foam in the bathroom! You don't have to carry all the heavy fixtures. The quality is also good. There are also plenty of towels. The bedding was fluffy and the blankets were not thick or heavy, so I was able to get a warm and good night's sleep. The bed was attached, so I was relieved to sleep with my child. (We didn't need a guard because we put the bed to the sink, and we didn't need a guard.) There is no water purifier, but I think this is more hygienic. 4. Great sea view with great value for money. You can see the sea between the buildings in front of you. It's not stuffy. The light comes in well, so you don't have to turn on the light during the day, and there are blackout curtains, so you can sleep when you sleep. Since I was accompanied by an infant, it was definitely more comfortable here than a hotel, and the value was so good. If I travel to Busan again next time, I'm coming to autumn's accommodation!

We had a great stay at Suzys place. Lotte shopping mall is just around the corner. It's one of the best malls I've been to and they have great amnities for tavelling with kids (nursing room, free stroller service, kids stores, kids cafe), Songjeong beach is one of my favourites in Busan and easy to reach by walking or car. The home had great views and everything you need and more. Thank you for everything.

It was clean and nice. The blanket was fluffy and the hot water worked well, so it was nice.

This is the second time I stay here during my visit to Busan. The price for a long term stay (two weeks) is considered cheap. The place is clean and match the description. I can use the kitchen and laundry area for free. It is not located at the center of Busan, but there are buses to take yoh anywhere around. The location surrounded by restaurant and convenience store, so it is easy to get food at anytime. The only downside is, it is loud at night due to the karaoke rooms downstairs, but Anbin provide earplug. I never use it because I am not bothered by a little sound.

Small room, but functional. Very good for the price. It's like a small student studio. Good as described, the host is very responsive, quick to solve anything. The localization, in my opinion is good, I mean about 15 minutes from the Dadaepo Beach (by bus), there are many services around including 24/7 Market. Very calm and clean. For 1 person staying I recommend.

The apartment was small but quite comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. It’s just a couple of minutes’ walk from Dongmae metro station and about 30 minutes to the city center. The neighborhood is quiet and cozy — definitely worth the price. Highly recommended!

It was a good place with all the essentials. The biggest downside was that it was a little far from the city center, but it is close to bus stops and a metro station so that wasn’t too big of a deal.

Very welcoming with flexible check-in hours. Place was clean and the food amenities were great! washer was available and we were able to hang dry our clothes. Recommend this place
