Super friendly and uncomplicated contact with Stephanie before and during our stay. The cottage was equipped with everything you need for a pleasant vacation and tastefully furnished. It was clean and quiet. The beach , promenade and various restaurants were within walking distance. We felt very comfortable !

It's all as described and as expected. It's an older but well-maintained and cozy townhouse. It's clear that Heincke is an experienced routine host, so everything has been thought of. :)

The apartment is super cozy, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Especially in winter the place and the neighborhood are extremely quiet, you have the garden to yourself, that was great! You are quickly in Boltenhagen and also within 20 minutes walk on a wild beach that is perfect for the dogs! We will be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable all around! The place is really very cozily furnished and perfectly equipped. There was nothing missing! You can tell that even the smallest details have been thought of. The parents and the one-year-old child were delighted with the small great children's kitchen, the books and the amenities! Thank you for this! The absolute highlight was of course also the beautiful sauna and the uncomplicated use! We will be happy to come back and highly recommend it!

We felt very comfortable as a family with Carsten and Annelie. The house is modern and cozy,just 10 minutes away from the beach. Everything was prepared for a child getaway with a child. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed at Katharina's beautiful place over New Year's Eve with 4 families and a total of 6 children and had a great time! There is a lot of space and retreat options. The playroom is perfect and the kids loved it. The house is super equipped and was super cozy! Next time would use the upper bedroom but only as a game room. We will definitely be back, next time in summer so we also have something from the pool and tennis court:) Thanks also to Ms. Ms. Marthiensen for the nice welcome!

The house is a little clairvoyant, so you can hear movements and noises from the hallway and the adjacent room. Unless you're a late sleeper, it doesn't bother much. Everything you need is within walking distance. The beach is less than 5 min away. In low season, there is little going on in the village during the week, but we loved that as we needed and wanted some peace and quiet. We will be happy to come back. :)

we were for a family celebration in Norderstedt, the apartment was very convenient and the view is great. The equipment is really complete. We'll be back for sure if it's a good time.

great host, reallyl friendly and helpful

My husband and I stayed at Stefan's place for 2 months, and I can say everything was perfect! The space looks even better than in the pictures. The kitchen has everything we needed. For longer stays, you might miss having a washing machine, but there is a laundromat just 2 bus stops away and you find buses in every 5 minuts. The location can feel a bit far from the center, but there are plenty of bus, metro, and S-Bahn connections. On top of that, a new metro/S-Bahn station is being built just a few blocks from the house. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. One thing we especially loved was the heated floors in the kitchen and bathroom — such a treat during winter! Stefan and his family were lovely. We had complete privacy and felt right at home. Thank you, Stefan! I wish you all the best.

Those were wonderful days in Schwerin in Lisa's beautiful apartment. She is an extremely nice and always helpful host who gives good tips. Her garden is really a dream and the apartment with the (very small) balcony with a wonderful view of Lake Ostorf. The apartment is well appointed, although the bed creaked a little. The shower curtain is a small drawback, as it is either stuck to the body in the tub, or you leave it away with the risk of wetting the bathroom a little. All in all a really recommendable apartment and hostess.

Communication and also check-in with Bettina was great. She is super friendly, explained everything to you upon arrival and even sent excursion tips as a message. As soon as we enter the apartment we felt very comfortable. The beds were super comfy. We were also more than pleased with the welcome surprise with the personalized cups. The departure and the view of the Baltic Sea and the pier were very difficult for us. We will travel to Grömitz again to vacation there and if possible again with Bettina.

An absolutely fantastic stay! The location is simply unbeatable – you can look directly at the inland water and enjoy the view. The place was just as described, clean, cozy, and well equipped. The communication with the hostess was friendly and straightforward. I can fully recommend this place and will be happy to come back!

We had super nice days at Britta's place! It has everything you need, the size is completely sufficient and within walking distance of everything. Git is also that there is an elevator, so you don't have to take all the luggage up the stairs. The view was great and it is great that Britta allows dogs in her place. We felt very comfortable and say THANK YOU again here for EVERYTHING dear Britta! ❤️

I had four very nice days in this wonderful domicile, walked a lot in the area, enjoy the wintery Baltic Sea and unwind! Christoph was totally nice, very accessible, sent many tips and took great care of it. The self check-in was very convenient for me because I arrived in the late evening. The kitchen was well equipped and I cooked every day. The terrace and the view are fantastic, it is totally quiet and I was able to sleep very well. Thanks for a great stay - I've already recommended you! 😊
