In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment that contains a double bed for two people, but can be added to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another lounger. The apartment has a separate entrance. You are welcome to provide the entire property for your recreation. Your big and small four-legged favorites are also welcome! There is still a horse box available in the stable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space in summer on the lush pastures. A riding area is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave. Nearby bakery in the village Supermarkets - neighboring towns Großheide and Hage (approx. 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (ca. 3 km) Reitverein/-stall - in the village North Sea (beach) - Neßmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (as well) Lütetsburg Palace - Hage (7 km) City of Norden - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (approx. 16 km) The connection with public transport is not very cheap, which is why it is recommended to travel by car. You'll love the place because of the environment that balm is for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is invisible, fenced + "burglar-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is completely renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is suitable for disabled people and a lot of space. The kitchen-living room + living room offers all space for a cozy exchange. My place is good for couples, families + children/babies, groups, several generations and furry friends (pets).

My accommodation - Apartment "Mina" - is close to the beach, family-friendly activities, bakers, restaurants, ferries to Norderney and Juist, surfing/kitesurfing school, Norddeich Mole train station. You'll love my place because of light, relaxation by the sea, coziness, location, sea view over the dike. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and families with 1-2 kids. Covered beds and fresh towels await you - you don't have to bring anything but anticipation !

Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, the third bedroom is in the basement. 1 bathroom with tub and shower and a 2nd separate toilet. The apartment has a beautiful covered terrace. The cottage is centrally located, in the middle of East Frisia! Perfect for excursions in all directions and in 20km radius there is much more to experience and discover than you can on a vacation. Ein kleines eigenes Bauernhaus mit 17.500qm Land dabei. Mehr Freiheit geht fast nicht. Das Haus bietet gemütliche Räumlichkeiten und hat eine wunderbare Terrasse, die Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist. Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.

Welcome in our house by the sea! In 2019, we completely renovated these beautiful cottage. The rooms are bright, modern and cozy. The organic infrared heater meets the latest standard and makes everything cuddly warm during the cold season. Via the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and have a wide view over the field. Everything seems wonderfully slowing down.
