Highly recommend, beautifully decorated, beyond comfortable and very spacious!! Had stayed in Airbnbs previously a couple times, Texas and Italy. Had a death in the family and wanted some place convenient to my elderly parents for our trip. This was absolutely perfect!! Location, comfort, amenities and the ease of check in and out. Had one little glitch getting keypad to work for entrance, but a quick phone call, an instantaneous response and problem solved. After arriving from TX and leaving 79-80 degree temps and experiencing below freezing and receiving approximately 4 in of snow the garage was an added plus. We will definitely look forward to staying here again when the need arises.

This was the family’s second stay with Sara at Grace Farm. We love the well stocked kitchen to prepare meals for the crew, the beds are comfy, three bathrooms is definitely a plus, and there are places for small groups to have conversations and catch up without talking over others. We love meeting in this lovely setting.

We had a convention in downtown so our drive was 55 minutes away but honestly, it was so nice and we loved the place so in the end...it was worth the drive. Cutest place and it was very spacious and roomie. Had all the little things that you sometime get stuck buying (like detergent, dish soap, etc) so it was really nice. Me and my daughter had a good time there and enjoyed the warmly decorated place. I'd stay there again if in the area.

We stayed with 2 other families for a nearby sports tournament. The location was perfect and close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The house is clean, well appointed, and nice. The hosts communicated proactively and were super responsive when I had a question. Would definitely stay here again

We had a great time for Moms weekend at JoAnn’s duplex! Very walkable to uptown. Super clean and comfy! Joann was very easy to communicate with! Hope we get the chance to stay again!

We stayed in Jennifer’s house while visiting our son at Miami. It was the perfect home away from home. The inside was incredibly clean and cozy. There were also lots of extra touches that we appreciated - coffee, razors, cotton balls & Qtips, etc. The house backs up to a wooded hill, with a small fenced in area in the back. We’ll bring our dogs next time! The road it is located on is narrow and does not have sidewalks, so it’s not really walkable. However, it’s only a 2-3 minute drive to campus and uptown, so we didn’t mind at all. We would definitely book this house again when in Oxford!

Privately located and large home & property. Located on the river and provide a nice view. The property had plenty of walking and hiking areas available. It was convenient back into town. A nice place to stay and accommodate our large group.

We had a great stay at Nisa’s place. Perfect for our family and tournament weekend at the spooky nook sports complex. Kitchen is fully stocked and the soap and other toiletries for guests are such a nice touch. Beds were super comfy. Can’t wait to return for our next tournament weekend!
