Quiet, cosy furnished holiday apartment

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, has about 45m and consists of, kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, wardrobe, 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery, a car is recommended. Living room and bedroom are plastered with clay, this leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3, 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

You live quietly, comfortably and centrally. You can also enjoy your breakfast on the small garden terrace. You can reach the town center on foot in 7 minutes. Wellness offers are available in the surrounding hotels. At the edge of the forest You can start a hike straight away or reach the swimming pool with a natural lake and the tennis courts in 5 minutes on foot. There are 5 golf courses within 15 km and it is ideal for cycling and mountain biking. It is only 5 km to Kitzbühel.

Unsere Suite wurde mit einem neuen Boxspringbett, einer gemütlichen Schlafcoach und einem Esstisch mit vier Stühlen im Wohnzimmer eingerichtet. Dazu ein Flachbildschirm Fernsehgerät und für Ihre Getränke ein kleiner Kühlschrank sowie Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toast, alles bereit für ein gelungenes Frühstück. Die Lage ist im Zentrum von Kitzbühel, man braucht kein Auto um Restaurants, Nachtlokale oder die Skilifte zu Fuß zu erreichen. WLAN frei, Nichtraucher, keine Haustiere.

The apartment is on the first floor of our house. The living area is approximately 44 square meters big and is split in a residential kitchen, bedroom and shower / toilet ( third 3rd person may sleep on the sofa bed). From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountain "Gaisberg". In addition there are satellite TV with radio, wireless, and the ski room with boot dryer.
