Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Hải Châu District

Ms Thuong was very responsive, helpful and resourceful. I stayed for 2 months and every Monday the was cleaned, towels have been changed. She provided a contact for a motorbike rental. She even provided a few kitchen utensils that I requested. It was a great stay!

This is a great apartment. The owner is very responsive. The house has everything you need for a long stay. We will definitely come back if we visit Da Nang again.

Comfortable and clean with good amenities. Since it’s on a high floor, it was peaceful. Host was responsive, too. Beach was right in front. There was restaurants within walking distance. If not, GRAB car was easy to book.

We had a lovely stay at Anh’s place! Especially with the friendly vibrant Thuong who helped us and made sure our stay would be comfortable. It's close to Panban-dong, which is familiar to Koreans. If it's not hot, you can walk enough. 15 minutes away. There is a bathroom in each room, so it is very convenient, and the swimming pool is very spacious and nice. However, the water is deep, so children must wear a life jacket. Of course, there is also a life jacket in the accommodation. The caution is that there are outside and through the stairs, so there are a few mosquitoes. There is a small store right in front of the accommodation, so it's good to buy water or beer. I think I'll use it again next time I get a chance. We guarantee the best value for your stay

Truong is a wonderful, caring host. He immediately responded and addressed any questions/concerns that I had in the 2.5 months I was there. I truly felt well taken care of. The rooms and house are very clean; although they cannot always control the inconsiderate guests who mess the common areas but they do their best. There were no insects in my room. The laundry lines on the roof are enough for several people to use at the same time; washer works well. The patio is no longer a bar type area but is still a nice spot to sit in the evening. The room pretty much looked like the photo. The fan, AC and dehumidifier all worked well and quietly. Lots of hot water. There is noise from the bars, mostly on Friday and Saturday nights, but I was still able to watch TV no problem (and had silicon earplugs). Most days there was enough natural light without the lights on and when they are on the room is bright. The location is convenient to everything. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Could not express enough how much we loved this place. My wife and 4 kids would have stayed a lot longer, there’s so much to do on and off the resort everything was perfect. Definitely staying here again!

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and restaurants. A bit noisy bars and karaoke around, but after 23 everything is quiet.

We really loved this place to stay. Linh always responded right away and did everything she could to help. We stayed for a month and love the space and layout of the apartment as well as the short walk to the beach. There is inexpensive local food everywhere as well as nice restaurants. Convenient stores on every corner. The beach is stunning with a ton of space to enjoy the ocean or walk the sidewalks even when it’s busy with people. It’s particularly beautiful at night with all of the lights. The only problem we had was an ongoing construction project that was going on in the apartment above us from the time we came to the time we left. Constant drilling, sawing, and hammering. I believe this problem would not affect future guests but you may want to be aware that the walls aren’t very sound proof. Overall, we were happy with everything else and it was an affordable place to stay on the beach!

Dung’s place was a perfect place for a 2 week stay! Very accommodating and comfortable.

The host is fantastic! He let us check in early, gave us a gift when we checked out and even held our luggage for us. Very clean, with amazing amenities. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Da Nang!
