Spacious, well-kept and bright apartment. responsive host

Comfortable and clean with good amenities. Since it’s on a high floor, it was peaceful. Host was responsive, too. Beach was right in front. There was restaurants within walking distance. If not, GRAB car was easy to book.

This place for fantastic and we stayes here for 2 months. I have a 2.5 year old kid and the apartment is like home. we enjoyed every day with all amenities. Ruby is a perfect host and always available to help. we can not complain about anything. We already planned to be back again for long stay at same place with Ruby. thanks.

The apartment was great. Enough for my family. The communication with host was quick and very nice. We would recommend this wonderful apartment! The host is very helpful! The pool on the roof is super! Only the elevators can take some time. Thank you for everything, maybe see you next time!

First and foremost, the host, Xuan An (and her husband), is just the best. She is incredibly welcoming, kind, and her hospitality is top-notch. Always quick to respond to messages and provide local recommendations, we found it easy to settle in and feel at home. The apartment itself is comfortable and equipped with everything you need for short or long stays. The apartment is located about a 15-minute, easy walk to Co-Op Mart (large supermarket), while smaller convenience-style stores are located less than a 5 minute walk away (WinMart). There is also an OK Mart located within the complex of the building itself, just outside the front entrance, that sells water and other convenience items. Mân Thái Beach is about a 7-10 minute walk directly down Phan Bá Phiên road, while Da Nang City (downtown) takes about 15-20 minutes by Grab. Chùa Linh Ứng, referred to as Lady Buddha, and the rest of the Sơn Trà Mountain are highly recommended. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Vry responsive and great hospitality from Tau. Tau's place is exactly as per advertised with great location near my khe beach and tonnes of nice local food around. Tau is very attentive to our enquiries and try her best to assist us during our trip. Overall, great place for the price. ☺️

We had an amazing stay! The views are incredible and we were able to wake up to the sunrise! The location is also excellent with many 24/7 convenience stores nearby as well as restaurants, cafes, and, of course, the beach just across the road. We did experience the construction noise and beach club music noted by other guests. Overall, we had a great stay, and if you don't mind the noise, highly recommend Tung's AirBNB. We will definitely come back again!

My stay at the Enjoy Villa was pleasant. The property was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. It is also extremely near to the beach. Cong Ha, our host, was incredibly kind and helpful. He recommended some excellent local restaurants to us, all of which were amazing, and he even went above and beyond to assist us when necessary. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with a really kind host, a clean home, and a decent location.

Could not express enough how much we loved this place. My wife and 4 kids would have stayed a lot longer, there’s so much to do on and off the resort everything was perfect. Definitely staying here again!

Our flight was delayed and we arrived later than expected and they took care of us until we checked in. The accommodation was the same as the photos, and the whole family was very satisfied! Even the Han Market and major tourist attractions and restaurants were all within walking distance, so I regretted staying a little longer. And most of all, it was nice that the host responded quickly and kindly. If you have a large group, choose coucou without any worries.

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and restaurants. A bit noisy bars and karaoke around, but after 23 everything is quiet.

We really loved this place to stay. Linh always responded right away and did everything she could to help. We stayed for a month and love the space and layout of the apartment as well as the short walk to the beach. There is inexpensive local food everywhere as well as nice restaurants. Convenient stores on every corner. The beach is stunning with a ton of space to enjoy the ocean or walk the sidewalks even when it’s busy with people. It’s particularly beautiful at night with all of the lights. The only problem we had was an ongoing construction project that was going on in the apartment above us from the time we came to the time we left. Constant drilling, sawing, and hammering. I believe this problem would not affect future guests but you may want to be aware that the walls aren’t very sound proof. Overall, we were happy with everything else and it was an affordable place to stay on the beach!

Dung’s place was a perfect place for a 2 week stay! Very accommodating and comfortable.

The host is fantastic! He let us check in early, gave us a gift when we checked out and even held our luggage for us. Very clean, with amazing amenities. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Da Nang!

It was a pretty good location. We felt very comfortable. We would love to come back again.

The location is perfect (so convenient and so close to the beach!) The staff were so friendly and we also loved the convenience of the giant water jugs available for purchase. The unit was big and bright. This area is growing quickly (for good reason- it’s awesome) so there is some construction work going on at this time (April 2023) but if you want to stay anywhere in the area, you’ll find the same thing. We recommend this place and we had a great month here!
