Completed in August 2023, it is a simple and stylish house.The family on the north side:The layout is 2LDK and the garden is 70 square meters. (You can also rent two families on the south and north side.The garden is connected.Check with me!) On sunny days, you can see Mt. Fuji (south side) from the building or garden. It is located 500 meters to Kawaguchiko Bridge, and a 5-minute walk to the lake. Free parking space for up to 2 cars. There are also kitchen facilities and a drum-type washing machine (with detergent) with a dryer, so you can stay for a long time.We provide simple cooking utensils such as pots and pans too. The key is password type.Self check-in/Serif check-out. Please make a reservation with your understanding and consent: We do not have➖ oil or condiments. The ➖shower room is small. 70cmx70cm No ➖freezer. Luggage cannot be stored after➖ check-out The ➖neighborhood is a residential area, so please do not make noise at night. ➖Smoking, fireworks (charcoal, gas stove, etc.), fireworks are prohibited in all areas, including garden parking.※ Please check the house rules carefully. This is a forested home surrounded by the great nature of Mt. Fuji.In the summer, you don't need a cooler at an altitude of 1,150 meters! You'll find a barbecue and all the tools you'll need. The heating in the room is a wood stove, kerosene fireplace, and a kerosene fan heater. A pleasant stay for Your Hakone sightseeing !

My house is located 5min. on foot from Hakone Itabashi Station. It's a very convenient location to go to HAKONE area. It is 11min. by train to Hakone Yumoto station, It's gateway of HAKONE area. There is also a supermarket 3min.walking distance. And Odawara Castle is a 15min. walk away. My house is a unique Japanese cypress bath like a luxury inn. Also there is a washlette toilet and a washing machine. Considering cleanliness first,I will order the professional shop for sheets cleanig for bed.
