Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Halkidiki

Andrea's place was perfect fit for us (two families with kids). Clean, spacious, with nice garden and kids toys. Hosts were really kind and responsive. Beach is close with lot of bars and restaurants. Big gocery store is not so close so it is better if you have a car. We recommend this place if you are visiting Sitonia!

We had the best time in Greece thanks to Niki and her wonderful place! The apartment is more spacious than it looks in the pictures and it's beautifully decorated, as you can see in the listing. It was also perfectly clean (which is really important to me) and we had everything we needed in the fully equipped kitchen and well furnished apartment. Niki replies fast and is always very kind and welcoming. The apartment is close to everything you can imagine and more, there's free and safe parking on the street, and it's also close to the beach, the waterfront, restaurants and shops. I cannot recommend this place enough and we hope to be back soon! This is definitely a great choice to make while travelling to Greece, as Nikiti and its surroundings make for a delightful holiday!

We had a pleasant stay in Giannis' house! He was very warm and welcoming, attentive and gave good advice to us. His accommodation is very clean and peaceful, in an authentic and natural setting. A dream location in a protected nature.

The place is wonderful, spacey, with 2 porches and beautiful view of Nikiti. It had an eqwipped kitchen with everything and they even left us with 2 beers and cold water in the fridge (Thanks!) Our flight was delayed and they were flexible with us - we arrived at around 11pm - 6 hours late to the place and they had no problem recieving us. Everything was clean, welcoming, and very comfortable. Only one AC in the living room - There is no AC in the bedroom - But they left a brand new fan in it which was fine (just worth noting) The lighting of the bedroom was perfect and very romantinc. Theres a wonderful cafe close by that you have to try, we brought it the the porch and had breakfast. Thank you Antigoni and the family, you have a beautiful place.

Yani & Effie are great and helpful, the rooms are perfect as seen in the photos, comfortable and they keep it super clean. We enjoyed this private place near vineyards a lot. Quite easy to access to nearby beaches by driving. There is nothing around to disrupt your comfort. Also the sky is great to watch at nights, so many stars 🌟 Absolutely recommended 👍🏼

Vacation at Valantis is just fun. From his super friendly and helpful hotel staff (Eva & Stella) and natural himself, who is always friendly and courteous to his guests, to the cleaner who even washed the dirty dishes for us without being asked. The loving and modern furnishings, not one, but two sparkling clean pools and the possibility to borrow umbrellas and beach umbrellas or to wash a machine laundry if necessary, are the icing on the cake. The beautiful beaches of the area and the lively and beautiful neighboring village of Afytos have made our vacation beautiful. Thanks to Olvion's team ❤️

We can highly recommend the flat. The communication with natalia was great and she helped us with information how to get to the flat. Overall it was really clean and tidy. The basics were available like towels and prepared bed. For us that was completely enough so if you are searching for a good located and clean flat for 1 or 2 persons in Saloniki, contact Andrei/Natalia. :)

It’s so clean and comfortable Especially toilet and shower! It is better than the price I really appreciated it If you go to night spots like ladidika at night, it’s a little scary to come back because it’s located in not crowded area in Thessaloniki
