Holiday rentals with a patio in Hambantota

We loved our stay at the Palm Lanka. Beautifully designed & decorated house, well located near beach & cafes. Suresh and Manel were the highlight, making us feel so welcome & comfortable. The meals - breakfasts & dinners - were amongst the best we have had in Sri Lanka & Suresh was extremely helpful with any requests we made. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the villa; it has a soul, warmth, and you can feel that it was created with love. We had a wonderful vacation here, feeling completely at home. Onali and her father surrounded us with care and attention. They helped us with any questions we had and suggested interesting ways to spend our time. Onali is an excellent cook. We visited the fish market, the weekend market, and a lobster farm, where we learned how they are caught and raised. Together, we bought some amazing fish and seafood, which Onali lovingly prepared for us. This was our third visit to Sri Lanka, but this experience allowed us to see it from a different perspective. Anna, thank you for giving us the chance to share the joy of staying in your villa, to immerse ourselves in complete tranquility, and to enjoy every single day. Kingfisher the ground floor flat at Khomba is an absolute gem! This lovely 2-bedroom flat is set in stunning grounds right on Tangalle Beach. The flat itself was spotless, with a super comfy bed that made for perfect nights of rest after days spent exploring or relaxing. The pool was a highlight—beautifully maintained and a fantastic spot to unwind while surrounded by lush greenery. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready with a smile and eager to help with anything we needed. Kingfisher is the perfect combination of comfort, beauty, and exceptional hospitality. We loved every moment of our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront escape. We can’t wait to go back!

If you are looking for a quiet get away this is perfect. Nuwan and his family live on site and his wife is a super cook. You won’t need to eat out as they provide breakfast and can provide lunch and dinner at a small extra cost. We always ate in. Any provisions you need Nuwan will also get for you. They will do your washing for you. This leaves you to relax and take in the sun. The beach at the end of the garden is quiet and Nuwan can setup beds and shade for you. There is a small bar right next to the house on the beach. Everybody is friendly and accommodating. You can swim at the Beach in the morning and other times take a plunge in the protected rock pool. Many Turtles to see, peacocks and other wildlife. Nuwan can organise trips, Tuk tuks etc. We had already been touring so this was a relaxing stage of our stay in Sri Lanka. The bedrooms were sizeable, comfortable with super aircon. We loved our stay and Nuwan, his wife and children all made it a special stay.

Ankes villa was in an amazing location and had excellent facilities. The accommodation is just as described and Anke is a very helpful host, always providing us with up to date information and very quick responses. Our local contact also provided excellent service and helped arrange all of our activities, transport and food for the week, without him the trip would not have been what it is was. We highly recommend this villa for anyone looking to come to Sri Lanka for a relaxing beach vacation

The villa is beautiful with a very nice and clean pool, making it a great place to relax. The host was very friendly and communication was excellent throughout our stay. Only the Wi-Fi wasn’t very fast. We also missed a comfortable lounge area where we could all sit together. The stone seating area wasn’t very comfortable and became too hot during the day due to the sun. And the kitchen had only four chairs, despite the villa accommodating six guests. The location is fantastic-within walking distance to the center, a supermarket, many restaurants, and the beach. Overall, it’s a lovely villa for fair money with great hosts, but a few improvements in comfort and amenities would make it even better.

Unfortunately, we could only stay for two nights at this amazing place. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was spotless and just a five-minute walk from the beautiful and peaceful Silent Beach. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay. Very close to silent beach, only a few minutes by foot. One of the most beautiful beaches we have seen here. Closeby to a local store and tuk tuks for easy transport. His family also supported with a taxi service, very friendly and reliable. Would highly recommended staying here.

Our stay at Tangalle at Rekawa Beach was very nice! The property is right on the beach, surrounded by many palm trees - a little paradise :) We stayed in accommodation 04 with its own roof terrace – a real highlight! The place upstairs was perfect for enjoying the view and just relaxing. Antje is a great hostess. She is super warm and has many exciting stories to tell from her life – you immediately feel welcome. In addition, the team organized a birthday cake at short notice, which we appreciated very much. A special place we'd love to come back to!
