The Lodge is situated on the best holiday park on the IOW and is located on the side of the park called Crosswinds. The patio deck looks onto Culver Down with great views. The park has a private beach and is close to the village of Bembridge which has a selection of great cafes and restaurants. A stylish and spacious recently renovated recording studio, which has been finished to a high spec with exposed timber beams, brickwork and a stunning log burner perfect for relaxing after exploring all that Hampshire and West Sussex have to offer. There is a large double bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite bathroom, and an open plan living area with sofa beds and log burner that can accommodate up to 3 further guests. There are 3 fantastic pubs within walking distance - one only 50m away!

Enjoy a fun relaxed break in our beautiful yurt with central heating, log burner, shower room, proper loo and kitchen. Egyptian cotton sheets on a king size bed and a deck to watch the sunset and gaze at the stars through the roof dome at night. Bentley Cottage is light and airy and is furnished to a high standard throughout. It has a spacious lounge/dining room/kitchen including a wood burner with logs supplied. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite). It is a short walk to the local shops, pubs, restaurants and railway station. Ponies, donkeys and cattle often come by the gate. This is a custom built shepherds hut in our secluded private woodland with direct access on to the open forest. It can be warm and cosy with a log fire in the woodburner, or open the stable door to let the outside in. Alternatively sit outside on the wooden decking with a fire pit in the evenings. There is a 'camp kitchen' with a gas barbecue, fridge, butler sink and covered seating area, or walk to one of our local pubs for lunch or supper. There is an outside tap and electricity on site.

Beautiful three bedroom semi-detached traditional Railway Cottage. Situated at the end of a pretty no through lane. Quaint patio area for alfresco dining and a lawn area. Secure for children and dogs. Numerous footpaths direct from the door. Many places of interest reached by car or train including Paultons Theme Park. The cottage backs onto paddocks where the owners shetland ponies, pet sheep and chickens live and our younger guests are welcome to come and meet them.
