The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 large kitchen-living room, 1 shower room and a large light-filled living-dining room with stunning views directly on the lake. There is a terrace, 40 square meters, of which is covered by 11 square meters. A direct access to the lake makes the apartment suitable for infants. The luxuriously equipped cottage (160m²) is located directly at the Elbe-Lübeck Canal with Elbe views. Directly at the house is a swimming possibility or on the sandy beaches on the Elbe within walking distance. There is a very good public transport connection to Hamburg, Lüneburg and Lübeck. Boat trips are also offered. Restaurants, shops, and doctors are in town. Whether cyclists, anglers or sunbathers in this place there is something for everyone. A boat can also be rented upon request.

Beautiful City-Apartment next to Town Hall

Located within the Hamburg old town, my beautiful 40 square meter apartment is in the 3rd floor of an old office building, very quiet at night. It’s a great place for tourists and for business visitors as well, and you could hardly find a location more central. A lot of varied gastromy and the central shopping streets Neuer Wall, Jungfernstieg and Mönckebergstraße are in the immediate vicinity, you could reach the HafenCity by walk too as well as the famous Reeperbahn in 1,5 km distance.

Charming bright townhouse with large garden

A beautiful Hamburg near end row house in a quiet cul-de-sac location with a spacious garden, two terraces and in addition a covered seating/dining area . The bright and modern rooms are very cozy and invite you to linger. It should be mentioned that the bedrooms are all accessible via stairs. The nature reserve with a large playground, as well as the Holstentherme are only a few minutes' walk away. HH Airport can be reached in about 25 minutes by car.

Dear guests! Glad you are interested in our apartment. In this over 120 square meter apartment in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking opportunities to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming facilities), you are in the city center of Hamburg in about 25 minutes by car. Welcome to our tiny house for two, surrounded by breathtaking nature. Get away from it all and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. Nearby canoe rental, restaurant "Bootshaus" with regional specialties. Just 50m away is a mulled wine stand of the boathouse, open on the Advent weekends (Fr&Sa 5pm-10pm, Sun 5pm-10pm). If you want mulled wine, you can linger here in a cozy atmosphere. During these times, music could be heard in the tiny house.
