Welcome to our stand-alone, self contained studio apartment. It offers one bedroom with en-suite and its own living area. Great for those who are wanting their own space. Our studio can accommodate 3 people (1 Queen + 1 Sofa bed). Complementary continental breakfast Unlimited WiFi internet with Netflix Designated parking inside Waikato University is walking distance from our place. Very close to Hamilton Garden and Waikato Badminton. Lake Rotoroa and City Centre is only 8 minutes drive.

Tree lined garden cottage - no cleaning fees

Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

Beautiful hideaway, amazing views over the Waikato river and farmland. A few minutes drive to the supermarket, Mystery Creek( Field days)Velodrome, and Hamilton City. Punnet cafe and a local 4 square ( convenience store) are walking distance, located directly on Te Awa river ride which is also a great walking path! This cottage has everything you need, including a full kitchen with dish drawer and oven, a washing machine and heat pump/Air con. All linen provided.

The Squeeze Me Inn

The Squeeze Me Inn is a cute little guesthouse sitting behind a grand old villa. It’s a bit like the TARDIS small on the outside deceptively roomy on the inside. Walking distance to city bars, restaurants and Centre Place for shopping. Five doors down towards the river walks is the popular Kirk Cafe. Five minutes walk to Claudelands Event Centre with the Roaming Giant gastro pub just opposite. Cricket grounds and Waikato Stadium all within walking distance.

We are across the road from the river walks, bus stop and a few blocks from Hayes common cafe. Secure off street parking in front of the flat. You will receive a remote for the automatic gates. It is only a 6 minute walk to town and also 6 minute walk to the Claudelands Event Centre. Enjoy the fabulous selection of cafes, restaurants and bars all within easy walking distance. This is a great modern 1 bedroom flat. Our house is next door but you will have total privacy, although we are there if you need anything.
