Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Hampshire County

This was perfect for a quick getaway with friends. Super spacious, clean, close to everything & easy to find. Sue was super nice & accommodating, even leaving us a little treat upon check in. We all said we would definitely stay here again!

Really cute apartment in a great location within walking distance of anything in downtown Northampton. Place was well decorated and had everything I needed. Sue responded very quickly with a handyman when a minor issue came up, it was fixed within an hour. Would stay here again!

Excellent place to stay in Amherst! Perfect location in the middle of everything. We came to visit colleges & very walkable. Very clean & had everything we needed during our stay. Loved having off street parking!! Would come again ❤️

Sue's apartment was the perfect spot to spend a few days helping my daughter recuperate from surgery. The apartment was warm and light even on some snowy days. Loved the views from the windows, the shelves of books, and the record player with vintage albums! The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with nice pots and pans and utensils for cooking. The location is excellent as it is an easy walk to shops and restaurants. I look forward to staying again!

This is our second time staying here and it did not disappoint. It’s very comfortable and has everything you need for a stay. We had a small maintenance issue that came up and they responded with in 5 minutes and had it fixed ASAP! Great communication.

My friends and I stayed at the Plainfield house for a wedding just down the road. We had a perfect weekend in the woods, spending time at the house and the pond, hiking and going into the nearest town for an afternoon. Molly and Perry were beyond helpful and accommodating for us, and we are so grateful to have been able to stay in their lovely bnb!

This home is in the midst of beautiful trees and well off the beaten path. My parents accompanied me to visit my daughter at Smith College, and they said they felt “at peace” in this place and would gladly stay there again. My father marveled at the heating/furnace system (he went down to see the huge pellet bag in the basement and wanted to talk with Mary about how it all worked), which is state-of-the-art and makes the large house a constant comfortable temperature. Mary was very responsive and kept us informed, and my parents visited with her when I was in Northampton for a morning. (My father said he could have talked to Mary all day.) For them, the staircase leading up to the bedroom was a bit challenging, and that would be the only downside to our stay. We had everything we needed, and our mantra whenever we were looking for something was “Mary probably thought of that.” Thank you for everything!
