what a wonderful place to stay for a quiet relaxed weekend. took our 3 dogs too and they had the best time. property is cozy but spacious. private but easy to walk to fantastic local pubs. Highly recommend staying here, amazing value for money, look forward to going back ourselves.

We had a fabulous night here. It had everything we needed and was comfortable, clean & cosy. We loved being one minute’s walk from the beach, so we could just nip over for a dip. It was lovely having breakfast provided too. We’d love to come back

Lulu and Russel were both very welcoming and accommodating during our stay. The place has everything you could possibly need and the hot tub was a great addition! The place is in a great and peaceful location with a lovely pub just up the road and only 5 mins from the beach. We would definitely recommend to others!

A lovely space. The bed is super comfortable with lovely cotton bedding. It is perfectly situated with the beach literally just around the corner. It was absolutely immaculate and Katie was very easy to contact.

Lovely place to stay, really easy to get into town. Very clean and thoughtfully decorated. Lots of nice touches including eggs from their chickens, toiletries & board games. Felt very homely & not too cramped, even with 5 of us staying. Hosts were really friendly and accommodating. 100% recommend!

Amaizing annexe. Kim's place is located in the quiet neighbourhood. In a walking distance to beautiful river Hamble and the local marina. It is specious, spotless and very well equipped. Decorated with a great taste. This lovely place is provided with everything you need even for a longer stay. It is conveniently placed close to Tesco extra and bus stop to Southampton and Portsmouth. Kim and Ian were very friendly and always happy to help. We had a wonderful stay and we will definitely return. Kate&Robert

This was my second stay as I visit family in Bournemouth at least 4 times a year. The property is absolutely ideal, very private and quiet. John and Coral are truly amazing hosts and can never do enough to make sure that you are comfortable. I genuinely feel very lucky that I found this location and John and Coral are a real pleasure to deal with - Will definitely be staying again and absolutely my first choice when I come down in the future.

I had a very comfortable stay in the annexe. I was met by Paul when I arrived and he made me feel very welcome. The annexe is private but Paul and his wife Nicki were nearby if I needed anything. It’s in a great location. It’s peaceful but has easy access to shops and towns. I would definitely recommend.

This was a lovely, peaceful and relaxing space to spend the weekend. It had everything I needed, plus some extra nice touches. I would happily stay here again.

We had a lovely stay, great location for exploring the New Forest. The accommodation was perfect and Paula and Simon’s communication was brilliant.

The place was comfortable and clean. Miki and Prince went out of their way to help me even offering me a ride to the train station and suggestions of things to see and do in the area. They really helped me settle into Bournemouth. Kind and friendly. They set up the treadmill for me which was a great was a great exercise alternative to walking in the cold weather.

We stayed at Seal Bay for a few days over New Year. The caravan was spacious for a family of 5 and has everything you need. We did a mix of cooking / eating there, and dining out too. It's easy to find and walking distance to the main complex which we did a few times. Louisa was really helpful in the run up to our booking with sorting entertainment passes and answering questions I had including recommendations for a Chinese take away ! She also helped us during the trip when I had a problem with the dishwasher, all sorted very quickly. Very happy to recommend and we would return again.

Mark was great - very helpful and friendly. The Snug was comfortable and had everyone we needed plus lovely additional welcome touches (juice, G&T, pastries). Bed was supremely comfortable. A great little place in the centre of Whitchurch. We would highly recommend it :)

Impeccable price quality relationship, close to all shops, restaurants etc. 5 mns walk to the High St. Was just perfect location for our family, only problem was the cold when we went outside..... inside was beautifully warm with plenty of heating everywhere, it was so cosy there. Would definitely repeat !!

Susan was very flexible offering us an early check in and later check out. When we arrived she greeted us and showed us around. The annexe was very clean, with everything you could possibly think of supplied (including wine and cake! which was a lovely touch). Everything was well thought out. The river view was stunning and very peaceful - perfect for a quiet getaway! It is well situated near to a small town and with great access to the new forest. We really loved our stay! We have just returned from a weekend at The Willows. We had such a wonderful time. Glynis has thought of everything to make the stay perfect. The mattress topper on the sofa bed was really comfortable for the children. Everywhere was spotless. Glynis and Ken were really relaxed and didn’t mind if we checked out a little later as there were no guests in the next day. Would definitely return. Thank you for everything Glynis and Ken.

This is a lovely place to stay, well located about five minutes from the A303 . The house was immaculate and the kitchen had everything that you needed. The WiFi was good and there was also Netflix and sky to watch. Good selection of toiletries if you forgot any.
