Beach house holiday rentals in Hanalei Bay

Great location with super easy beach access. We had a monk seal sleeping on the beach the first morning, which was a good omen I suppose. Home is well appointed with everything we needed and more to enjoy our family vacation. The North coals location is very relaxing, so if you’re looking for more action / activities consider the East or South. No air conditioning but plenty of ceiling fans and excellent cross ventilation with the doors and windows open. Overall a great place to stay.

Beautiful, well represented place. The photos in the listing are exactly what you get. walk out back to a private little yard with an amazing view that leads down on either side to a pretty private beach. House has everything you need, blender, air fryer, oven, dishes, pots and pans, absolutely loaded and had everything we could've wanted. Our favorite part was winding down in the evenings with the sliding doors open and listening to the waves crash on the beach. absolutely gorgeous views out the giant windows in the mornings as well. plenty of light if you want from outside, but he has very nice blinds that shade most of it out when you're done being in the sun for the day. Loved this place. 10/10 recommend

4 of us stayed at this lovely home. We all agree this was truly what made our trip so nice. We sat each morning with coffee on the back lanai listening to the birds, the many memorable roosters, enjoying the view. We took several walks to the front of the home to see the cliff side, beaches, and even took a morning yoga class at the golf course, just a 5 minute walk from the house. The location was great for north shore. Favorite was Hanalei Bay. The kitchen was great to put together quick meals. We brought back some fabulous food from the Hanalei food truck court as well. We had no issue with not having A/C. Ceiling fans and open windows kept it comfortable and the bedrooms were even cooler on the lower level. The washer and dryer was a plus. All appliances in this home are super nice. Had a minor issue and Emily handled it quickly for us. She was a wonderful host. Had a great coffee shop recommendation. We so enjoyed our week stay and will forever remember our stay.

It’s a clean and spacious for 4 adults, and a nice location- walking distance to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances for what we need. Also plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, inflatable tubes. My daughter loved sleeping with the sound of beach waves. Susanne responded to my questions quickly and kindly.

The location was perfect! Tucked away in a sweet neighborhood 2 min walk to a gorgeous beach, 5 min to natural food store and whole town with lots of food and boutiques, 10 minutes to farmers market, gorgeous Mountain views. Devaki was super sweet and caring, place was simple and clean and just what you need. She isn’t like most airbnbs where they have a huge checklist of things to do at checkout, we didn’t have to do a single thing! The only thing that was somewhat of an issue was the neighbors, the neighbors stayed up until midnight both nights or our stay outside just enjoying themselves as they rightfully can do, but from where they’re sitting to where our head is when sleeping is max 15 feet. So even with windows shut and rain sounds playing on my phone it was quite loud from about 7-12pm so if you’re a night own no problem! But if you’re an early sleeper it was a bit bothersome, it didn’t keep us awake but it woke us up multiple times. Other than that everything was great:)

Island coffee and fresh pineapple for breakfast, sunrise in the cabana and a run aling the bike path on the first morning and it only got better from there. Thanks Ellen!

A spacious house with an amazing lanai: huge and with stellar view. The kitchen was large and well equipped. The adjoining living room and dining room both have great views and have plenty of space to be comfortable. High ceilings and lots of large windows make the space bright and open. The beds were very comfortable.

What a view! We stayed the day after Christmas through 1/2. The view of local fireworks at midnight on NYE from the balcony was totally unexpected and awesome! We used the pool at neighboring Royal Sonesta, and the lovely, uncrowded Kalapaki Beach, which is swimmable. We walked to a few stores and restaurants within 10 minutes. The condo had everything we could need. It was super clean and well stocked., matched the description and then some. The beds were comfortable for all of us, the AC in the bedrooms worked great, in fact the master got quite cold. The living room AC didn’t help all that much, but it was comfortable anyway. We had the best time! You can hear what I assume were children doing laps all over the unit above but that’s the only “outside” noise other than the waves and fireworks we heard, while noticeable at times I wouldn’t call it bothersome. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, recommend highly! It checked all the boxes for us. Thank you for a magical stay!!

Literally perfect. I can’t recommend this home enough. The decor was perfectly elevated bohemian. The appliances and kitchen were top tier. The garage made it feel safe for the car and any extra storage. There are the cutest bikes and beach towels. The bathrooms were perfection. Prestine towels suuuuuper clean. (That’s coming from a germaphobe). It’s a must stay. And the LOCATION. Happy friendly neighbors to the left and right. Incredibly safe area. Upscale to say the least!

Perfect place to stay!! It has everything you will need for your trip. They thought of every little detail. We spent most of the day outside but it was so lovely to return to a cozy space to recharge. And the view & walk to the beach in the morning are unbeatable. Sunrise watching every morning!! Look no further if you need a place to stay in Kauai. A few restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance, and perfect mid-way location between north shore and west side of the island.

Lanai was great, comfortable with great landscaping. Beach chairs and towels for around the pool or the many near by beaches. Perfect house for 3 couples. Each bedroom was nice and had its own bathroom with shower.

Absolutely gorgeous and spacious home in a beautiful Princeville neighborhood on the north shore of Kauai. So close to everything, amazing views, quiet and peaceful, large bedrooms and AC in each one! Could not ask for a more perfect place to stay! Mahalo Kanani!

We thoroughly enjoyed 10 wonderful days in their well-appointed clean condo. It is nice that both bedrooms had their own TV’s, both beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom also had a nice size walk-in closet. The master bath soaking tub was a well utilized bonus. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and more including a crock pot. We also took advantage of the gorgeous community pool, hot tub, and clean community grill just steps away from their beautifully furnished lanai. Our beach days were enhanced with use of their cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The location of the condo was perfect for our early morning walks along the golf course and the Princeville farmers market. Check in/out was a breeze along with exceptional communication with the local on-island manager, Michelle, and host, Andrea. Thank you!

I stayed with my family for a week. We were three couples and one child. The house was the ideal base for our Kauai adventures. It was just as beautiful as it appeared in the photos. The location was convenient and lovely. We could even walk to the Haena State Park shuttle bus pick up spot! The pool was incredible and kept the child (and the rest of us) occupied whenever we were between activities. The provided pool toys and beach equipment (towels, chairs and umbrellas) were life savers. This beats a hotel stay hands down. Could not recommend more highly. The host answered all of our questions and was incredibly kind. I wish I was still there. Many thanks to our host!

Beautiful place in a gorgeous neighborhood. Every conceivable item needed to cook was readily available. we travel to Kauai often and would gladly rent this place again.

Our stay in Kauai was beautiful. The house was very accommodating for our family. The walk to the beach was lovely. We all enjoyed it very much!

If we could of only stayed forever. We felt like this wonderful place had everything we needed. If we wanted tea or coffee with our toast and eggs we could with ease. If we wanted to soak in a warm bath after getting beat up trying to surf at Hanalei (the kids did way better than the adults!) we could. If we wanted to grill chicken when the kids just wanted Dino nuggets we could. If we wanted to relax in the hammock or walk Moloa’a bay we could. And it felt like home.

Jake’s place was the perfect home for my group of 8. It was spacious, clean (the most important thing!), had everything we needed + more, and it was an overall comfortable place to stay. Firstly, the home is exactly as pictured. Usually what you end up with isn’t quite the same as the photos/listing, but it was spot on with the photos and as described. Secondly, the location was great. Beautiful, quiet surroundings and nearby all of the scenic areas we wanted to visit, plus the garden and balcony/patio areas were so nice! One thing that stood out to me was the amount of beach supplies there were for us to use; towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boards, & more for us to use. Lastly, the host is super responsive and happily ready to assist us whenever we needed. Overall, there isn’t a bad thing I can say about the place. I saw a past review about cleanliness but I can happily say when I stayed, it was spotless. I would highly recommend Jake’s home for your stay in Kauai!

Amazing location. Super close to Hanalei Bay and lots of restaurants within a ten minute drive. Pantry was well stocked and kitchen was clean. Beds were super comfortable and we all got amazing sleep.

Our family had an amazing time at this property! The location was perfect as it was close to everything we needed but still quiet and relaxing. The house was super spacious and gave everyone plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. It had everything we needed to make our stay easy and comfortable. A must-stay for families visiting Kauai—it made our trip extra memorable!

We just had a great stay at Tiffany’s place! The house is very roomy and comfortable. The location is very private, and a nice change from the busier parts of the island. The bay at the end of the road is beautiful, although not really swimmable. There are an abundance of swimmable beaches nearby though. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location if you want to explore more of North Kauai! There were so many thoughtful touches included in the stay (games, beach towels, sunscreen etc). Close to many restaurants and beaches in northern Kauai!
