What a cool place! We only stayed one night but very much appreciated the cozyness and thoughtfulness put into the house for guests. The peacefulness of the river and set up to look out over the river would have been great to use if we would have stayed longer. The bar on the ground floor and the big dock is really cool. Next time we're passing through we will plan for a 2+ night stay so we can get the most out of this great location.

Main Street Retreat in Top-Rated Beach Town!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing Airbnb property and I just had to share my experience. I booked this Airbnb for a girls weekend for myself, my mom, and my sister. From the moment I booked, the host went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. The space itself was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The outdoor common area was a nice bonus! The location is about a 15 min walk from all the shops/bars/restaurants. Totally doable and highly recommend. We enjoyed looking at all the beautiful homes along the way. The only negative thing I could say is that we were never able to get the WiFi to work in the house. Not a deal breaker for us as we were not there to watch tv or work, but had I needed to get some work done on my laptop I could see this being a big problem. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a truly unique and special stay. It’s absolutely precious!

A lovely place to stay! The host is so great, very responsive, and keeps a really clean and cozy place for guests. My family and I felt right at home and we loved having the dogs, cats, and horses around. All the animals are very sweet and friendly, even to my children, they are obviously very socialized and loved. Will def stay here again.

I’m happy we chose to stay here. The place was super clean and was giving beach house!!! They provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We took advantage of their offered amenities like bike riding, darts, pool table and we grilled out. The kitchen had all necessities we needed for us to cook and also a blender for us to make mixed drinks for Super Bowl game day. There were plenty of stores within a couple of minutes drive (groceries, liquor, restaurants) The house was 4 minutes from Hollywood casino which was a plus for us also!!! 10 out of 10 recommend and would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I and our two dogs LOVED our stay here! Cute yard, comfortable bed, great shower, and super close to the beach! We walked our dogs to the beach twice a day. The neighborhood is cute and quiet and really wonderful. The place was super clean and comfortable. Will absolutely stay here again if in Bay St. Louis!

This place is beautiful. It looks even better in person than the photos. The entire property is so pretty and peaceful. The living area is really large and it worked perfectly for our large family event in the area. We had a nice big place to hang out after the event. We used the kitchen to feed up to ten people with no issues. A note for coffee drinkers - you don't need filters for the coffee maker, it has a reusable one. We did run out of paper towels, and there wasn't enough dishwasher soap for how often we used the kitchen, so we had to provide our own. There also wasn't access to any cleaning materials so when we had a spill on the carpet we had to get our own cleaning supplies for it. That's not the owner's responsibility, just wanted to point it out for those coming later. You're going to love your stay here!

This cottage is absolutely adorable, the covered porch was a dream. It is located close to the beach and town restaurants and shops. It is definitely a place I would return to. I drove into the city of New Orleans for various reasons and it took just under an hour. Smooth as can be!

We had a wonderful stay at Rockheart Retreat! The house was spotless, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the TV services with streaming options were a great bonus. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The smart lock system was convenient, and the detailed house manual made everything easy to navigate. We truly felt at ease and were able to unwind completely. Without a doubt, we would book again for our next trip. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay as we came in town to watch our Chiefs play in the Super Bowl. Brett and Megan were accommodating, responding in a timely manner. Instructions for check in and check out were very clear and smooth. We loved the house as it was large enough for our family to enjoy playing games and cooking out together. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was there that we could have possibly needed. Just far enough from town to be quiet, but it didn't take long to get to restaurants and shopping. Lots to do at the house, we didn't need to leave.
