The area of the house 32 m2 !!! + terrace surrounded by greenery and overlooking the banskobystric hill Urpín. A bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, an equipped kitchenette with a living area, with the possibility of unfolding a seat as an extra bed - for 2 people. Outdoor patio with seating. If you desire for society and culture, you are only a 10 minute walk to the center. The accommodation has been renovated and now offers the comfort of a new bathroom with underfloor heating and a basic kitchen. We can recommend it for artist, writers and musicians.
