The house is very clean and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Spacious outdoor area and quiet neighborhood! The location is ideal – quiet and secluded, but at the same time not far from the main attractions. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Communication went smoothly, and all our questions were answered quickly. We can recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. We will definitely be happy to come back!

Great place, feels like home! Very big house with a great view and big terraces looking at the sea. All needed amenities were present so you can cook your own food. Two toilets which is very convenient when you are with the family. Walkable distance to a great calm beach, it’s about 5 minutes walk. Definitely would recommend the place!

The house is in a fantastic location—right by the sea, in a quiet area. It had everything we needed. Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely come back again.

I think this was the best place we ever stayed in Greece. If you have a dog or little child then this is the perfect place for you. We will definitly come back. Perfect place to stay longer and do trips to thessaloniki or halkidiki.

George's place was great, we got greeted by his son Antonis who was really friendly, spoke perfect English and showed us around the house. The place looked exactly like the photos and it was right on the beach separated by a small quiet street. The host showed us all the amenities and we sat for a quick chat to get some information about the village and places we can visit. We had a great stay overall, and visited the local village Nea Kalikratea multiple times as well as Thessaloniki which is a vibrant city. There are really nice beaches nearby as well as small taverns which provide excellent choice of fresh fish and seafood. I would say this house is not to be missed, a hidden gem indeed!

We couldn’t have been any happier! The apartment is very spacious for two people, comfy, well equipped and really clean. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Zacharias even left some food in the fridge for us, which saved our first evening. In general Zacharias was a great and friendly host. He was always easy to reach, gave us some recommendations for the area and even let us stay longer on the day of our check-out as our flights didn’t leave until the evening. Highly recommended!

Yannis was a fantastic host, super friendly and helped us with everything we needed! The house was great, very close to the beach and good restaurants. Bonus cool thing- a fisherman drives by the house almost every day with fresh fish, we grilled them and it was phenomenal.

Pantelis was an excellent host. He was proactive and very kind. Communication with him was super-easy and quick. His place is well-equipped and peaceful, and only a 5-minute walk away from the great beach. Definitely recommended home!

A perfect location for anyone that searches for a quiet zone, not very agglomerated. Perfect for families with kids, it has easy access to beaches, shops, restaurants etc. The host is very attentive and receptive to the guest's needs and respects theirs intimacy.

Anna was a very kind host, even though we didn't meet, she answered my messages immediately. He was also flexible regarding the reservation of the accommodation, considering that after a tiring journey we booked it earlier than we had agreed. We can only say good things about the accommodation. If you look at the pictures, you will see that it is a new, tastefully furnished apartment. The pictures speak for themselves. Very well located apartment, close to shop and main road, yet a few hundred meters to the beach. Clean and cool on hot days. Quiet and two terraces. Well equipped with cooking utensils.

We found ourselves in a private setting despite hosting other families. The large manicured garden encourages the stay and gives an idea of the care and order of the owners.

We had a great time at Alterra Vita. The place was as described, parking was available on the street and our dog was welcomed there. No issues, great communication with the host. Will recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment in Nea Kallikratia, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment we arrived, I was struck by the apartment's cleanliness and modern decor. The living spaces are bright and airy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light.The location is simply perfect – close to the good popular beaches, local restaurants. One of the standout features was the balcony,on the ground floor where kids can play and enjoy. It was the perfect place to enjoy my morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was important as I needed to work remotely during my stay.The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, always available to answer any questions and provide recommendations for things to do in the area. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable.Overall, I highly recommend this apartme

We had a great stay, George and his sister where extremely welcoming the accommodation was first class including momma's cake. A late checkout was no problem we would recommend a stay here to anyone visiting the area.

Even though the summer/sea season is over this place worth to be there no matter when. Special thanks to the hosts waited till 1 AM for us without getting a clear timeframe to arrive there from us 🙏 Walked on the beach for a while in the morning and felt the peace of beautiful nature

We liked the house and the property with proximity to the beach very much. The house is nicely decorated, had enough space for our two families and had everything we needed. The terraces invited you to linger and eat together, the garden was great for the kids. We even saw some worshipers and geckos:) The surroundings were very quiet at the time of the year out of season, which is good for unwinding. For restaurants and supermarkets we drove to the nearest larger village of Nikiti. There are many very nice beaches and boat rentals nearby to explore the inaccessible coves and islands. We enjoyed the holiday very much. This has also been due to the accommodation and hospitality of Ioannis.

Communication with Katerina was straightforward, super friendly and fast. The apartment is equipped as described and is close to many restaurants and bars, but far enough away to not hear any of it at night and sleep peacefully. Our highlight was the breathtaking view of the sea from the spacious balcony and that it is only a few meters to go swimming. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at the place. It was nice and clean. The apartment is recently refurbished. You can see the beach from the balcony. It really is 1 min. walk. There are restaurants and stores nearby. It is really convenient and we plan to visit again. The only cons I can point out are that the beach has a lot of small stones (easy to solve with swimming shoes, which you can buy there) and on cloudy days the sun collectors can't heat the water too much but I think this is only a problem if you visit in the second part of September like we did.

Great stay at Makis Nest. Very welcoming and warm host, great energy and the beautiful surrounding made us feel very relaxed and at home during our stay.

This was the best airbnb experience I've ever had!!! The house was clean and very close to the sea. Hara and her family are communicative and were very friendly from the start! The apartment is clean, fully equipped with x2 air conditioners, washing machine, dishwasher etc with indoor parking and is in very good location close to the beach/ main walkway of Pefkochori by the seaside with lots of shops, restaurants, bars, funfair games in 5 min walking distance. Crazyland waterpark, Glarokavos and Chrousso beautiful sandy beaches with clear water and not overcrowded are just 5 -7 min by drive. 0lga is a great host, was very helpful, kind and responded immediately to every enquiry. We had a lovely family vacation. Thank you Olga.
