Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Happy Valley

Well laid out, lovely space. Room for lots of people. Lovely kitchen. Easy access to downtown (walking distance). Good outdoor space for kids to play. I definitely recommend this place. You can't beat it for the price.

This place is an absolute gem! The host, Uladzimir, is so responsive. this home is pristine clean and beautifully updated. It is in a great location. We can't believe what a great deal we got on this home. We felt right at home and everything that we needed was provided. We loved the updated kitchen, the hot tub, the walk-in closet in the master bedroom is amazing and the master bathroom is incredible. We hope to be able to stay here next year when we come to visit. It's an absolute amazing place to stay!

This place was just what we needed... three bedrooms for the adults and twin beds for the boys. The kitchen was quite well stocked and the couch was comfy. Enough parking in the driveway. We walked to and from the Whole Foods. And a shorter walk to restuarants, bars, and pizza places. Very satisfied.

We had a lovely stay here at Narge’s home. The home was beautiful and immaculate. It was the perfect size and our children absolutely loved the playroom- this home was a lifesaver! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Manny’s place was a wonderful, quiet place for us to stay! The house was beautiful and cozy, and lots of amenities. Location was easy to get to, and convenient.

We stayed at this Airbnb with a family of 8 while visiting our uncle at Good Samaritan Hospital. The space was perfect for us—clean, modern, and well-designed. It had everything we needed and felt very comfortable. The location was ideal, close to shops, restaurants, and easy access to public transportation. We also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was, especially after long days. Highly recommend this place for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay.

We loved staying at Annalisa’s home. It has a relaxed, cozy, lived-in vibe. It’s in a great location near lots of St Johns restaurants and across the street from a coffee shop. We are foodies, so we shopped at the grocery store less than a mile away. We cooked several large meals and found the utensils and appliances in the kitchen were adequate for our purpose. The wifi and tv worked flawlessly, the showers were hot and had plenty of water pressure. The hosts were so kind to let us check-in early and check-out was worry-free.

We had a great time and appreciated the ability to stay in a comfortable house that was large enough for our group. The neighborhood was great.

Ed and Kym's space was exactly what we were looking for, and exactly as advertised. We didn't spend much time at the apartment, but it was well-stocked and had everything we could think of needing. The space was immaculate and would be great for a family or multiple people. It was easy to walk places and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. We would happily return in the future!

Went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and had a fabulous stay. Ended up extending our trip by a day and Suja made sure that went smoothly. We will be back!

This apartment was perfect for a long weekend in Portland. It was clean and offered all of the amenities of home. There were several restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet. Shopping and activities were near by. Leslie, our host was super helpful with suggestions and very responsive when we had a question. 100% recommend.

We had a lovely time! The space a clean and so cozy! They had recommendations and were communicating with us if anything came up. They left us a bottle of wine and asked us what type of roast we would like. The spot is in a great location! We were at least a 45 min walk from Hawthorne, Mississippi district, downtown etc. Irvington was a great place to walk around too. And the bagel spot on the corner is a MUST. 10/10 recommend this AirBNB.

Great place that provides many board games, Netflix and cables for you to use. The area is close to many of Portland’s great restaurants and neighbourhoods.

Highly recommend Kristen’s place. Private, comfortable, great instructions. The place is so well located to any of the downtown Portland sights. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet place. We enjoyed walking in the large park located across the street. We came to see my grandson's wrestling tournament. The communication with Oceana was excellent. Her response to any question was returned quickly. The location is good for the Portland area with quick access to I-5 and the airport.

Beautiful condo in a great location that is a short drive to the mountain. Kasey was friendly and quick to respond to my question. The condo was very nice, cozy, and made us feel at home. The pictures do not do this place justice. While they are accurate, it is far better in person.

Literally not a bad word to say about this wonderful Airbnb in Beaverton! It was within walking distance to wonderful local coffee shops and cute restaurants. A convenient drive into downtown Portland was the cherry on top! Thank you to Jenny and Luke for their quick response time regardless of the hour. Will absolutely be staying again on our next trip to Portland!

Very clean and comfortable space! Awesome location near local running trails and parks. It was very near to OHSU, for any traveling folks needing proximity to the hospital. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Do not pass on this mid-century modern inspired condo nestled overlooking the surrounding Mt. Hood mountains! Located in a quiet location close to hiking trails, quick access to ski/snowboarding and restaurants. We loved all the personal touches this condo had and was the perfect respite after taking the slopes. Kitchen had all the essentials to cook if you wished and morning coffee. Bedrooms were cozy - loved having an en suite bathroom especially when you are sharing the condo with friends. And sitting by the wood-burning fireplace was the perfect end to day filled with winter wonderland activities. We would love to come back anytime!

Great spot in an awesome location! Had a fun guys weekend and everything with the house worked out great. We cooked both evenings and had all that was needed to do so. Nice porch to chill and watch the local Portland wildlife 😜 Will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Mary Jean's place. She was a very attentive host and we had everything we needed. It is a really comfortable space. We had our family (11 including us) over one night to hang out and there was plenty of room. I enjoyed watching the birds at her feeder in the mornings and taking walks in the neighborhood. It's a beautiful area!

I felt right at home here! Super quiet and away from the winter ski crowds. Loved the updated kitchen and I could tell they put a lot into making the home comfortable for guests. It is a beautiful 20-30 minutes from hiking or skiing, close to a grocery store and the local eateries. Would definitely return for another Mt. Hood adventure. Loved it. Thanks Carol.

Check-in was super friendly and easy! This is a great location. So much to do, places to eat and drink, easy to get around town from. The condo was super quiet inside. The building inside was nice, clean and quiet too. The condo was comfy and cozy. It had everything I needed with the exception of a reading lamp. That's the only recommendation I have for the host. You should expect to park up to a block away from the front door most of the time. Very common in Portland. I was already familiar with this building because my son lives there so I'd been there many times. I would definitely stay in this condo again when visiting.
