Alexandra Cottage is a secret hideaway in the heart of the ancient market town of Penryn, offering a luxury retreat in one of Cornwall's most beautiful and bustling coastal areas. The stone-built, slate-roofed cottage has a king-sized bed, an ensuite shower room, and a sumptuously stylish open-plan sitting room/kitchen with a woodburner for cosy nights in after bracing walks on the coastal path. A sunny terrace provides the perfect spot for alfresco dinning with a gas BBQ and wood fired pizza oven. Only 5 minutes drive is the harbour town of Falmouth, with its independent shops and art galleries, beaches and the world-famous National Maritime Museum. It's also within easy reach of the Helford River and its glorious sailing waters, hidden coves and fabulous walking routes. The cottage is tucked in the corner of a large walled garden, across the lawn from a beautiful double-fronted stone house. Alexandra Cottage has its own parking and separate entrance.

Situated harbour side at the top of the Old High Street in Packet Quays it’s a great base to explore or simply unwind and enjoy the view! Marlbro is a short stroll into town and around 20 minute’s walk to Gyllangvase beach. The High Street’s new and old offer amazing restaurants, bars, shops and galleries, plus the best bakery in town right on your doorstep. Marlbro has the added benefit of a secure parking space.

Annex near town, beach and park.

A light airy room in our private annexe near public transport, a beautiful park and an easy walk down into town where you will find familiar shops, a vast variety and abundance of cafes and restaurants. See the ferries to St. Mawes and Flushing go back and forth. Easy walk to the beaches and the well known Gylly Beach cafe. Falmouth has so much on offer for all ages.
