Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Harnett County

Alex is an awesome dude and make things super simple and easy as pie.

Staying at Grant’s place was such a delight! Everything from booking to check out was excellent. Grant’s place is even better than the photos. I loved that there was plenty of things right there for my family to do. We played pool and table tennis, there were several games, sat by the fire pit, went fishing and of course we enjoyed the hot tub. Playing music using Alexa on the Echo Dot while at the bar was cool. There was plenty of space and we had everything we needed from dishes and cookware to linens and towels. Grant was so accommodating, responsive, friendly and just an overall pleasure to interact with. My family and I had a blast at Grant’s Lakeside getaway.

We enjoyed our stay, the home was clean and had so much to offer. Fredrick was very responsive and wanted to ensure that we had everything we needed and more.

Four generations of our family recently visited NC for a military ceremony. We wanted a house that would provide ample space for our family (ages 8 months to 70 yrs!) & feel like home, so we could spend as much time together as possible. This home was perfect. The bedrooms on the 1st floor are close enough for babies to nap & us to be able to hear them, but separated enough that we could be in the kitchen, dining & livingrooms & not have to worry about waking them. The common areas can all be open so it feels like one big space. Yet they are separated just enough that people can play games in the dining room & watch a movie in the living room at the same time. Kitchen is gorgeous. Sooo much space, & traffic pattern does not interfere with the work spaces, which I love. Location is convenient to Fayetteville & surrounding towns. Lots of stores & restaurants nearby. We want to come back in the spring or summer when we can use the lake & pickleball courts!

The place was absolutely beautiful and easy to find!! Definitely will be staying there again really soon!!

We had another wonderful month-long stay in this spacious and clean home. It's the third time we have stayed in one of Alice's properties, and it probably won't be the last. Alice and Jimmy always extend the warmest welcome and are very responsive. We arrived to find the house decorated for Christmas with a tree and all the trimmings. They also left us a Christmas gift to enjoy.

The Peaceful Pine was fantastic--lots of space for 6 people. The view of the lake was wonderful while sitting on the porch. The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor stove was fantastic. Thanks for letting us visit. Richard

Beautiful space and host was quick to respond to communications. Check in/out was super easy. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area!
