Only stayed for one night but was a perfect stay

Wonderful place, we enjoyed ourselves and grateful for the flexibility with our additional requests! We were able to enjoy a family braai under complimentary great shelter provided!

We didn’t end up staying overnight because our flight was changed, but the room and the guest house were both charming and pleasantly quirky. We’d book to stay again if we find ourselves back in Johannesburg

I really enjoyed my stay at Sam’s place. The location is great - it’s in a nice area of the city, close to many restaurants, etc. Sam was very kind and provided great recommendations. The house itself is beautiful and the room was clean and had everything I needed.

Josie's place is a gem! Especially when you attend an event at Wanderers. We will certainly return.

Without Glenda, this weekend would have been a disaster, but with her unwavering support and patience. last minute changes and guests who were anything but "nice" she was the hostess of the century! 5 stars in not even enough to express my gratitude!

It was an amazing place to stay. It is located at very quite, peaceful & a beautiful location. The host Elizebeth, was way too helpful & kind to us. She was even awake for us to checkin even at 0230 hrs!!!! A must visit place!!!! Thanks for the warm hospitality

Annamarie made me and my yorkies feel welcome. My brother was hosptalised for chemo treatment and she went the proverbial extra mile - like lending us a small coffee plunger for him to use in hospital. Beautiful garden and lovely neigbourhood. I will be back…

Friendly and super accommodating team. The lodge is quiet and peaceful. Our room was gorgeous, with great views to wake up too. Really felt like paradise and we can't wait to come back.

Thanks to Harry for a warm welcome, check in was smooth the staff was friendly. Beautiful birds outside so serene. The place is exactly as seen on the pictures. My partner and I had an amazing time, housekeeping was also flexible. I would recommend the place to people who want to get away from the busy city and recharge.

Glad we found it, as we moved across Joburg from a different Air BnB that was not up to our standards. Seems like they're still renovating so we didn't use the pool or anything other than the individual rooms.

Chris and Bernadette are wonderful hosts. Very friendly and helpful. The place is lovely and well located in the Bryanston area. I needed to be at the Bryanston Country Club early in the morning and this was the perfect place to stay.

Funtastic place, they should just separate the description in terms of hosting or booking of entire house which is suitable for family and the of apartment. I had an absolutely amazing stay! The property is a true gem, offering a stunning pool, a beautifully maintained outside garden, and a cozy chilling area that’s perfect for relaxation. The dining area was elegant, and having breakfast included was such a treat. I also loved the option to order snacks and beverages, billed conveniently later—plus, the fresh mangoes were delightful! The thoughtful touches, like a gown and slippers waiting for me, made the experience feel luxurious. The interior is truly 5-star, blending comfort with style. The host was incredibly attentive and always available to assist, which added a personal and welcoming touch. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect blend of luxury and hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning!
