'Keep it Simple' apt in the center

We are back September 15 Old style Israeli apt with high ceiling, located in the center, in a quite area. lots of space, light and air GREEN sournding smart tv, Netflix, fast internet 600m few public beaches and one wild are in walking distance. very good spot to surfers and people who like to be close to the beach. there is no elevator, 40 stairs to climb NO EXTRA CHARGE cleang etc... please do read the whole listing
