Claudia’s place was exactly as described. A warm, relaxing and peaceful spot! The host was extremely welcoming and gave excellent recommendations. The breakfast at the onsite cafe was also a brilliant way to start your day.

The log cabin was amazing!! It was the perfect place to stay with my family for my dad's 80th birthday weekend. The cabin is decorated so lovely, and super cosy with the log burner! Andrew the host is very helpful and always got back to me very quickly to answer my questions. We loved the little birthday gifts and decorations that were left for my dad It was really special! Thank you. we will definitely be back to stay again!

Good location, the checkin and checkout was easy. The property was clean and felt cosy on arrival, especially considering it was wintery. Bigger size than usual lodges, and the hot tub was well maintained. Kitchen had most necessary utensils, and lots of options to get groceries from within a couple of miles drive.

Mike was a great host very responsive to messages and very helpful. The cabin was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful location. Was lovely to wake up and see the sheep grazing in the field rogjt outside our window. We will be back again. Thanks Mike

The place was peaceful and much bigger than we expected. The jacuzzi was the cherry on the cake, and we loved every minute. Even though there was a slight issue with an unexpected security deposit once we checked with AirB&B the hosts didn’t try to ask for it in the end anyway and everyone was friendly and left us to our privacy. We had a fabulous time at Mandy's property to celebrate our anniversary for the weekend. Mandy gave us lots of information and was really friendly and helpful when we had any questions. It was very cold when we went in February so it took a bit of time to heat up the cabin and hot tub, but once we were sorted it was amazing. The views were beautiful and the hottub was such a treat.

Had a lovely Christmas at Casa-Van. The lodge was warm & cosy and we felt very at home there. We were particularly impressed by the size of the lounge and kitchen/dining room. The enclosed secure garden was great for the dog. Very nearby is a fantastic indian restaurant and the great steam railway. Would recommend Casa-Van to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Seven Acre Woods was amazing, just what we needed for a last minute night away. The Lodge was clean with all the basics you need. The forest setting lends itself to making you feel relaxed and reset. The kids absolutely loved going on an adventure through the woods and the woodland play area. We will definitely coming back in the summer for more adventures 😀

We had a lovely stay, the cabin was so cosy and had everything you needed. There were thoughtful extras which made the experience so much more welcoming and very welcoming for our dog. Would definitely visit again. Thank you 😊

Larissa’s quaint little cabin was a wonderful escape from the hustle & busy world we find ourselves in. She was responsive & left us some fresh eggs & also delicious homemade jam. We are a family of four & and whilst we were very comfortable the place is small. Our girls slept very well on the futon bed in the lounge. I imagine this place comes to life in summer when you can utilise the outdoor space; like the dining table. We found it quite crammed at mealtimes. The pool, even in November, was fantastic! Fresh & an absolutely wonderful experience. Thank you Larissa.

We spent two nights at K226. Finding the chalet within the Park Dean Resort was not easy. There are no signs to guide you to the right area or to work out which chalet is yours (having said that, this is not Georgina’s fault). When we arrived I have to say the outside of the chalet looked run down but luckily this did not reflect the inside. When we walked in the chalet smelt amazing, it was very clean, tidy and cosy. It is clearly a place the owners are fond of and look after well. It has everything you need; lovely towels, the beds are very cosy and the water pressure is surprisingly good and hot! The sofa is comfortable and there are good amenities in the kitchenette. The area the chalet is in was very quiet at night so we were not disturb by any noise or bright lights. Personally, the resort was not a place I would like to stay again but I would definitely stay in the chalet again if it was elsewhere - my two girls loved it!!

This was a perfect and peaceful little cottage. Spotlessly clean and it had everything we needed, we just needed to bring our food and drink. It’s beautiful inside and out and is a quiet little haven. My partner and I loved our time here and will definitely book again. Richard and Sophie are the perfect hosts and made us feel so welcome.

This has been the best stocked place we have stayed in. Warm and cozy, beautiful outside space with wonderful views and plenty of birdlife. Lots to do nearby and wonderful walks. The place is deceptively large and well equipped. A definite place to return to.

Laura’s caravan was absolutely beautiful, clean and was fully stocked with everything we needed. She even took the time to decorate and put a tree up as we were there over Christmas. Communication was good and easy instructions for checking in. I 100% would recommend and book again. Thank you Laura it’s been a perfect Christmas break.

We had a lovely stay at The Clubhouse. The property is spacious and warm, with a comfortable bed, great kitchen with everything you could ever need and a lovely powerful shower. Hospitality was faultless - from brownies, milk and fresh eggs on arrival to tips on local walks and pubs, Sally was very responsive and able to answer any questions we had quickly. All in all, couldn't fault the property or the stay - 100% would recommend and would stay again. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay in Sarah Jane's property and hope to return, possibly with an even bigger group, to take advantage of the other lodges also on the site. Would happily recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Our second visit to Ross' place and didnt dissapoint same high standards as before. Easy to communicate with Ross if needs be. Accommodation is very comfortable and clean with all the appliances and utensils you need for your stay. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at The Bee House. Clean, tidy and very cosy with everything you needed. A welcome gift was left for our arrival and Karen was great at communicating - would recommend to all. Thank you x
