Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Hastings

We were made to feel very welcome, incredibly friendly, we were greeted with lovely breakfast pack of delicious food. The place was cosy and clean. Very friendly horses came to say hello at our garden area which our daughter loved! We were also allowed to bring our dog last minute without any problems. We have already recommended this place to a few friends and we will be back!

A stunning property that's more than we had hoped for. Ideal location that's a walk away from the train and bus routes and Pevensey castle. Very clean and very easy to book with all the necessary information provided up front. Thank you!

This was our second time staying at James place, and it was as good as we remember. We had such a relaxing stay, the views are wonderful and the place was just so calm and peaceful. Jane was the perfect host, and nothing was too much of an ask. Jane made us feel welcome and at home. We will definitely be back in the summer. Can’t recommend enough.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. It was in the perfect location for us after arriving from France. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Nancy was very kind and flexible with arrangements. The area was quiet and we had a lovely walk through a park and past the allotments. Thank you Nancy, we would love to return.

Me and my partner stayed here for two nights to have a little get away together. We felt right at home and very relaxed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here. Very friendly host and fast replies. :)

On arrival we immediately felt at home. The surrounding area was beautiful and the grounds were large and very child friendly. My grandson chose this area to do his 4.5Km charity walk during his time here. The jacuzzi was a big hit. The house was also large and accommodated 6 adults and five children between 5 yrs to 10 yrs. with ease. A modern kitchen was very well equipped with good quality items, it was very large and easy to work in, even the larder was well stocked with essentials. You could tell that Tim, our host, takes pride in the house, furnishing it with many William Morris fabrics, amongst others, tasteful art, plus original wooden features etc. Crisp linen and decent size bathroom towels. Tim, an all round lovely chap, popped in to welcome us with a gift of local produce from a local farm shop.....the raspberry jam was to die for. games and books were aplenty also. We are hoping to return again. I will, without a doubt recommend Tim's property.

Wendy-Jane was an exceptional host, her home was beautiful and very cozy, with a gorgeous and very friendly cat. We loved the surroundings and the scenery. Wendy had a stunning selection of books on her shelves and CDs in her collection. The home was perfect for us, and we would love to return. The hot tub is an great addition and it was lovely to chill out in at the end of the day. There's lots to do in the surrounding area with a very charming in right opposite the house and another pub down the road with an abadondoned castle next door. And a short drive from both Hastings and Eastbourne made for a perfect weekend get away!!

we stayed with family and friends for the Easter weekend. The hosts were friendly and responsive. Christine welcomed us at the house and showed us around so we knew how everything worked. The house is a lovely space and exactly as described and shown in the pictures. we had a lot of fun. all of the kitchen essentials are provided and so much more. we would love to stay here again.

Claudia’s place was exactly as described. A warm, relaxing and peaceful spot! The host was extremely welcoming and gave excellent recommendations. The breakfast at the onsite cafe was also a brilliant way to start your day.

Stayed here with some mates for a business retreat and it was absolutely perfect. Stunning location, beautiful surroundings, gorgeous cabin, super comfortable beds, luxurious bathrooms and fantastic decor. Loved every aspect of it.

Great escape from busy life with an amazing location. Was very homely and my children loved it.

This place is absolutely lovely, we stayed here for 1 night at the secluded retreat cabin at Jo’s place for my boyfriend’s birthday get away. Jo is super friendly and always responds right away! The cabin has got lovely decor, really clean and the bed is so so comfy! The best night sleep I’ve had in a long time, lovely firm mattress and a warm heavy duvet! Hot tub was lovely, so warm when heated by the long burner! A projector used to watch tv and can log into all your apps like Netflix and prime tv, was so relaxing. All round this get away was exactly what I was looking for and we will definitely be back! Thank you again Jo.

We are a family of 4, it was more than big enough for us. Everything was clean and lovely, the host thought of everything. We absolutely loved everything about it ,highly recommend it.

The only down fall is the hot tub was over chlorined and was unattainable because of this.

Such a stunning spot. The view out over the valley is beautiful. The lovely Alfriston is a 5 minute walk away with delicious pubs and restaurants. Great walks directly from the lodge and no need to get in your car. Hot tub was great once we got it up to temperature with a bit of help from Mandy which was appreciated! Really recommend and we’d love to return one day.
