Gem of a place! Very unique house in a prime location for exploring the derbyshire dales or the peak district. I couldn’t recommend this stay more!

We had a great stay at Benjamin’s house. Comfortably accommodated 7 adults and 4 children. Benjamin’s communication was excellent throughout. The house is lovely and the photos don’t do justice to the amount of space. Very well equipped. Bakewell town centre is under 5 minutes walk away. Playground and pub also very close. Located on a quiet cul de sac with enough space on the drive for three cars. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a perfect space for our family with plenty of space for us and our dog. The location was great - perfect for accessing the countryside and the city - with all the amenities needed for during our stay.

Lovely cottage very clean. In a great place lovely walks from the doorstep. Would definitely stay again loved it.

Great place to spend a few days! Amazing location to The Ashes Barn wedding venue as well as lovely local parks. The accommodation was small but adequate, loved the porch area for all bags and dog stuff! Bedroom definitely big enough for a travel cot and a plus having a bath to clean the little one! Have recommended it to others already :)

The house was exactly as described and spotlessly clean. We had a fantastic stay, it's very close to a large park where we had lovely sunny walks. The location was perfect for us as it's very close to where my sister lives and also lots of shops and a great cafe (Mediterranean Cafe) very close. Heather was really helpful and responsive and had all we needed to stay very comfortably with our 7 month old baby. We would come back here in a heartbeat as it was such a great experience. Only our 2nd time using AirBNB so we are still new to it. Excellent communication from our host and caravan was in a lovely peaceful location on site. Site was well located for exploring the area and two excellent pubs within a short walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Swallows cottage was perfect for our girls weekend. We were so glad to have good weather to enjoy the gorgeous patio area with bbq. The kitchen was so well prepared with all the essentials we needed and more. The living room and kitchen are so spacious and we loved the carefully considered decor. Izzy provided excellent info and suggestions locally, and was really responsive to any questions we had. We'll definitely be keeping this place in mind for future trips.

I would definitely revisit Jess’s place again. The location is conveniently situated just outside the bustling center, with several bus stops nearby that make it easy to reach the Trafford Center for shopping, as well as visit the iconic Manchester Football Stadium. I had a fantastic time relaxing in the evening by the cozy fire, which created the perfect atmosphere for our mini date night in the flat. The space was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to unwind and enjoy each other's company without distraction. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops and charming urban cafes within walking distance, making it a great spot for grabbing a coffee or exploring unique finds. Overall, the combination of comfort, accessibility, and a vibrant neighborhood makes it a wonderful place to stay.

We had a fantastic break. 2 families with kids of different ages and the dogs of course. There was more than enough space for all of us, and the house was kitted out perfectly. We absolutely loved the swim spa and hot tub. We would definitely book the house again.

We had a wonderful stay at Annabel’s and will definitely be going back asap! It was perfectly peaceful with gorgeous surroundings and was even better than the pictures! The pool was much bigger than we thought and was such a joy to have, the decking area was huge with stunning views and the garden truly magical! This was great value for money! Annabel was a fantastic host and very helpful and friendly and the animals were all very friendly too! The cats didn’t come to close though as we had our dog, who had a dream just roaming free! Thanks Annabel, be back soon !

Had such a wonderful stay at this location. The amenities were amazing, particularly loved the farm produce and onsite pool! The hosts were always responsive and keen to help. The place was spotless and well stocked! Would love to stay again!

A Beautiful restoration of a 19th century chapel . My grandchildren thrived in the huge rooms & giant sofa & So many hiding places! My daughter relaxed in the pool & sauna . It was a perfect break Thankyou Samantha

A charming cottage, very close to all the local amenities in the lovely town of Holmfirth. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Everything you could possible need was provided, ensuring a relaxing and comfortable stay, also included was a welcoming pack which included all the basic essentials you might need on arrival and a few extras treats as well, all very much appreciated. There was excellent communication and support from Angela the host and the supporting team throughout. l hope to stay there again on a future trip.

Me, my partner and kids had a lovely stay here. Place was spotless, nice and big, then with the added hot tub and sauna. All exactly what we all needed after a couple of days at Alton towers. Scott was very quick to respond with any questions we ask. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay.

Lovely accommodation, parking space right outside, we had everything we needed and it was clean. We will definitely book again when we come to Belper to visit our family.

Lovely place, ideally located. Beds very comfy. Log burner was great and kicked out a lot of heat. Great pub a stones throw and a chippy. Nice touches with the bath salts and lovely smelling soap. DON’T forget your towels!

Our stay at the Grooms Lodge was our second and we're so glad we booked in advance to secure our Easter vacation here. Julie is a wonderful host who contacted us prior to arrival to check our ETA and to make sure everything was ready for our stay. The accommodation has everything we could need ie fridge, oven, kettle etc. The shower room is well speckled and very clean. Once we were parked on the private driveway we felt safe and secure letting our dog play and wander around the garden. Seeing the horses in the fields helps us to feel relaxed. Plus the canal is very close to the property so we enjoyed many morning strolls before joining our family for Easter celebrations. We both feel completely rested after our stay at The Grroms Lodge. This is our second time here and we have enjoyed every minute of it as much as the previous time!! We stayed here recently for a few days and it was a much needed break away. Eraine was once again a super responsive host!! The location of the cabin is so private and cozy and the surroundings are beautiful. Thank you for a lovely stay we will definitely return!!

The stable is a real home from home. It’s warm, comfortable and fitted with all you need for your stay. Kitchen is very well equipped and laid out well, the bathrooms are modern and the shower is very good and the bed was comfy and large. Perfect if you have a dog with you as it has a private laid to lawn walled garden too. All in all, this is a lovely place to stay and we wished we’d been able to stay for longer!

Absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous Airbnb! The location is stunning – peaceful, full of charm, and perfect for scenic walks. Jill, our host, was absolutely lovely and truly went above and beyond – she made our stay feel extra special with birthday banners and sweet little treats, not just for us but for our dog, Hank, too! The room itself was spotless, super cosy, and had everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfy – perfect for a lazy morning lie-in. The hot tub was the cherry on top, especially in the evenings with the lights twinkling around us – total bliss. We had a great meal at The Old Hall nearby – ideal if you're after a touch of upmarket pub grub, and the area in general is just a delight to explore. And best of all – this magical little spot will always have a special place in our hearts as it’s where we got engaged! It will forever be our hap-bee place, and we’ll definitely be coming back!
